Do not waste your money!

Pros: The only positive thing I can say is that it is a pet-friendly hotel. I wouldn't even like my dog staying here though.
Cons: Everything, from staff to interior/exterior everything.
Location: Location is not bad, could have been worse.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! We booked for a 2 night stay and my brother found a hotel for $10 more at Courtyard Marriott that was a 5 Start Rating hotel! First of all, when we arrived for our first night the hotel clerk Bell was unwelcoming. She looked up at me as I walked in and looked right back down to what she was doing and rudely asked what I needed. I told her I was checking in, and she asked if I had a reservation, and I responded yes. She seemed annoyed she had to actually work and had a rude tone while asking for my name and id's, etc. She saw that I was annoyed with her rudeness but it didn't seem to bother her enough to change her tone. I asked her for her name specifically so you would know what to expect from her when reading this review. Our room was ok, the hall carpets were very very dirty, there were many guest lingering in the halls and outside who seemed like they were up to no good. When we were in our room we noticed the a/c unit knobs were missing. Bell did bring some up and said "try these and see if they fit". They did. The bedding did not seem clean...we used our own. We woke up the next morning to shower and the water was luke warm at best, I showered first with barely luke warm water then my husband second with cold water. That evening, guests still lingering outside and in seeming up to no good. The next morning my husband took another cold shower, myself did too, and my seven year old daughter. All cold showers. Do not stay here!

Pros: It is close to main Holly street
The bathroom waste basket was very dirty. It had brown sticky stains. the plastic bag was stuck to it. The front entrance stunk like old mold. Breakfast consisted of OK coffee and flavorless instant oatmeal. There were only two pillows on the bed even though the room was reserved for two adults.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: See above. The rooms should be cleaned and vacuumed before visitors check in. The hallways and elevator floor should be clean. Get Orkin!
Location: This was fine.
The hotel was awful! The only positive was the staff. The room had not been vacuumed. The bathroom was dirty. The hallways and elevator had not been cleaned in a LONG time. There were live and dead bugs in the room! I repeat - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Weekend away from home!

On a scale of 1-10, I rate this place a 9. It has become our favorite place to stay when in town. The only negatives I would say are the pillows which are WAY too soft and the choice of bed sizes is limited. Wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for a king bed.
