Where to begin… when we got there the boy behind the counter was not very friendly no explanation was given about breakfast or anything else. We get up to our room and it smells, there is aluminum foil on the burners to the stove. There were cockroaches in the room. We were there from Wednesday until today. The room was never cleaned. Clean towels were never given, coffee was never replenished and trash was never taken out. It’s no wonder they had bugs!!!!!!! Today at checkout there was no one at the counter so I rang the bell. The lil girl came out from behind me and kinda yelled just leaves the keys on the counter I will check you out later. THE ONLY THING THIS HOTEL HAD WAS THE BED AMD WE HAD TO CHECK IT FOR BUGS!! We will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ANY ONE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! In fact Expedia needs to take them off the list!!!!

Overall the property was a great value for the location. However, it had several flaws and deficiencies. The staff was not overly competent. The rooms, while clean, had maintenance issues such as unprofessional and poorly executed paint jobs, rust stains in the tub, both sinks dripped, small holes punched into one of the bedroom doors (didn't go all the way through), damaged and exposed electrical outlet by the front door, and one of the bottom floor exit doors stuck really badly. The breakfast was also very poorly laid out. There was one waffle maker and it was in the middle of the line. Since it took so long, it backed up the entire line and made everything very cramped. It could be better arranged but the actual food was fine and above continental. Once again, the rooms were clean, the price was great, the location was great, the breakfast was an added bonus, the wifi worked great, and really liked that the 2nd bed in our room had its own bedroom with a door to close it off from the rest of the roof (also its own closet).

Bar next to the hotel is on the other side of the sidewalk, music and people were too loud and noisy all night. Couldn't relax, enjoy the TV or sleep.

So, we checked in and we’re directed to our room. To get to our room we had to walk down a short hallway. And dodge paint buckets and supplies, a very dirty mop bucket, the laundry room and a table of laundry, big bins with running over cardboard boxes. Ours was the only room on that haul. I considered that to be very unprofessional. The room was just okay. I was not happy already so that didn’t make it better. The breakfast was just continental but not terrible. Needle to say, I won’t stay there again.

the room doors slams loudly all hours of the night and day.. Just kept me up. They were in the process of painting so the lobby and hallways were littered with stuff.

No Wifi in room. Would only connect for 5 minutes. Manager said because he could connect in the lobby it was too bad for us. Never got hot water. Was told to run the shower for 15 minutes and it was still lukewarm. This was an awful stay…. Please not give your money to this place

Second time staying here and am impressed with the location, cleanliness and most importantly the staff. Samantha was great when we stayed here first and today the couple at the front desk were wonderful. Won’t be the last time we stay here…coming back soon.

Catfish. Pictures do not reflect the room you'll be staying in. This is more of an "extended stay" place. Beds are extremely small; more than likely a Full size instead of a Queen, as advertised. Kitchen cabinets were broken and busted. Curved shower curtain pole with a square bathtub (?) created huge water puddles whenever you use the shower.

Great trip.
Front desk employee was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was very large and well equipped. We came to watch the eclipse. The area was very crowded but we managed to make it and even watched the eclipse from the parking lot.

The hotel was great. Large clean rooms. The best part was breakfast friday morning. The person on duty was Sid. Sid was very nice and accommodating to my kids as well as to all the other customers eating. It was a refreshing island vibe and great customer service to the point of “we would stay there again just because of Sid”!!!

We'll be back!!
Checked in to an extremely friendly host. Sid had a smile on his face and treated us like we were long lost friends... Gave us the run down on the morning breakfast and the good spots to eat around the area. He was there in the morning to greet the guests to make sure everything was good.. Room was clean and cool when we arrived and the service was excellent! Even had a good lineup on the TV... Just a short walk to the beach and a great spot to nest while exploring the area!!

Even though on my.preferences i put swimming pool and spa, they put me in a motel with no pool or a spa. Disappointed but not the fault of the motel. The room and staff were very helpful and great. The only.problem was nobody had taken the time to raise the commode seat and clean properly. Otherwise nice rooms and comfortable beds.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed the experience! The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing! A special shout out to the manager Jay who went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!
