Sheets have holes and are stained. Clearly wasn’t sanitized after the last guests. Shower had hair, no towels, and the entire room smells like mildew.

Bed sheets and some towels were dirty first night and they don’t clean the room and beds the next day they were stating that they were short on personal so they give us the bed sheets to do it our self. But at check in they don’t forget to ask me for my CC and ask why if I already paid they answer Just in case we have to charge something after check out

It was not very clean at all. There was only decaffeinated coffee in the room. The breakfast was very limited. It seemed as there was very little there. The bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. The beach towels look like hand towels. I paid $215 and it was probably not worth half of that. I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone. Location was good. I appreciated the pet friendly status. The staff was courteous. Really needs a lot of update and cleaning though.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past. The hotel is great and the staff was friendly. The issue that I had on a two night stay was no cleaning service. The room was not cleaned and most of all no fresh towels. The property need to be be cleaned better on a daily basis, trash was in the stairwell for three days. I like the location but needed to be cleaned better.

We arrived on Saturday night we checked in did not get back until midnight and realized our TV was not working. We got up to next morning we had missed breakfast which was OK. We went out came back let the front attendant know that our TV wasn’t working he says OK I will send the maintenance man up there an hour and a half went by I called the service desk to find out when the maintenance guy was going to come he says he’ll be there in five minutes. I waited another 20 minutes went back downstairs and he says let me call him right now. He called him and he finally showed up. The next day we got up and went down to have breakfast Very little breakfast eggs biscuits no gravy no meat went over to fix a waffle. No waffle mix and roaches were on the floor underneath the waffle mix table. I told the manager that he says no there’s no roaches and come to change out my tea tell me he’s gonna change out the TV in our room so I’m fixing to go get breakfast I’ll be back in our room with my 12-year-old son asleep and me not in the room switched out the TV TV still did not work switch us to another room very dissatisfied with this hotel ice machine did not work. It was rusted falling apart the room smelt moldy and musty would never recommend this place .

We like the locations because it's almost in the center of the places we always go to (fishing areas and restaurants). The property was good before but its going down south. When we came to the room, it was hot, no towels (not even one), i called the front desk from my room. Phone was not working. I tried the one in the lobby, not working either. I went down the front desk and asked for towels i said i bring it myself. The front desk insisted he will bring the towels to our room(but he forgot). I ended up getting the towels. The ice machines in the floor was not working, the vending machines was not working. The coffee in the lobby was cold and the creamer was clumpy!! Hope the management will check every inch of the property because the staff are nice and the location is great!

There was roaches running around the breakfast area. Almost every metal surface in the room was rusted. Carpets had holes ripped in them. Pool had green algae floating on top of the water. Staff was nice but the hotel was horrible.

Although my stay at the hotel felt safe, I can't say it left a lasting impression. The rooms were disappointingly small, and considering the hefty price tag, I expected more. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything that made this hotel stand out from the crowd. Even the nearby mall, touted as an attraction, lacked anything particularly desirable. Overall, it was a very average experience.

The first room wasn’t clean. The sheets had obviously been slept on, and there were fecal-like smears on the wall in the entrance. Desk clerk showed us a clean room, but did try to gaslight me about the first room.

La Quinta Needs Repairs
The early check in was amazing. The hotel needs lots of repairs and smelled of mold badly. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the air was turned off in rooms prior to arrive, which is adding to the mold. Front doors didn't work and had to be manually opened by costumers

Our check-in process was good. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. However, the hotel is “very” dated and could use some serious cleaning, sanitation and renovation. The hotel smelled of mildew and mold, rust is very bad and cleanliness is quite poor. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience and we were quite disappointed with the Wyndham. But we appreciated the friendly customer service and the proximity to the beaches. It’s a first and last kind of stay for us.

First room that was assigned to me was bad lots a humidity even the floors were slippery so the staf swapped room and it was little better the hot tub was on terrible conditions lots of stains including the swimming pool breakfast was perfect but it was only one laddie working and we were waiting on coffee she was doing the impossible to service everyone needs more staff especially on weekends

Staffing is a very big problem we are facing on Island as limited public transportation to Island. It is becoming harder and harder to stay in business to provide accommodation at reasonable rates as everything else is going up

Overall the room was cool, and clean but except the restroom. Breakfast was good. When they went to clean the room they did take out towels but they didn’t leave any clean ones and they didn’t take out trash or make up the bed. But for the price we would stay again.

Do not stay here.
Absolutely one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed at the smell of cigarettes and mildew was the worst. Bedding was dirty and the walls behind the night stands were nasty. There is one maintenance man and appears to be only one cleaning women who maintain the entire facility. Front doors don’t automatically open anymore so you have to manually slide them open/close.

Do not stay at this hotel. It smells like mildew. All of my clothes smelled so bad. It made everything in my suitcase smell like mold. It smelled like they had water damage at one time and did not properly disinfect.

Not clean. Bathroom very dirty. Very poor maintenance all around. Our room look like it had been broken into all door strikers were gone door had alot of play when latched you could push open see in safty locks broken off. No way to secure room. Ridiculous it hasn't been fixed. Entry doors to building they are brown and sticky never get cleaned.

This place needs some serious repairs. As soon as you walk in all you smell is what u can only explain as moldy smell. Bath tub was either really dirty or disgustingly stained. They are infested with roaches and you can see all the water damage throughout the whole establishment. The employees were ok I didn’t interact with them much but check in and out where pleasant. I will definitely not stay here again.

Hotel smelled of smoke.
I signed papers stating that I wouldn’t smoke on the property at all. When arriving to my room it smelled like smoke. Further investigation showed that someone was living inside the hotel on the 3rd floor and was smoking in their room and that smoke smell was lingering to the second floor. The smoke smell triggered a migraine for my wife. We immediately checked out and requested a refund. The front desk attendant was very professional and refunded our money.

This place needs to be shut down!
This hotel had mold and rust on the ceiling, walls, air conditioner, bed refrigerator, and closet. . There were bugs biting our feet as soon as we walked into our room. There were bugs and mold on the bed. The room smelled of dog urine! Hotels.com did get me full refund. We left the room that night.

A once nice hotel, now on the wane. Not kept up like it should be. Everything is older and original (paint, carpets, bathrooms, TV's, microwaves, refrigerators, etc.). The internet is very slow, the pillows stink, and housekeeping consists of emptying your trash. I guess you can put up with it for a few days, but the price is way too high for what you get.

The hotel was decent and for the most part clean. The room walls and restroom was a bit outdated and the fridge had rust on the bottom of it. Bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub worked well. The gentleman at check in was quiet and a little awkward he didn’t greet me nor really said much. The pool was cool but has sand on the bottom and the jacuzzi was stained so the water seemed to be yellow but they said it was ok to swim in it.

THIS WAS AN AWFUL PLACE TO STAY. THE LOBBY LITTERALLY WAS THE SAME TEMPERATURE AS THE OUTSIDE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS SPEAKING IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE (I HAD NO OTHER ISSUE WITH THE FRONT DESK STAFF) AND THE SMELL BAD, THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN (WITH NO SEVICE SIGN STATING SO)
