The tub had HORRIBLE rust stains, the safety bar at the top of the door was missing a piece, the towels had stains, and the doorframe to the bathroom was dirty and there seemed to be bloody marks.
If I hadn't arrived so late, I probably would have changed hotels.

Could not get when we arrived at 10:00pm. Number rang but answering machine asked for access code had no access code. Tried twice. Had to call Hôtel.com for assistance. First lady tried to help but got same results after calling twice. She then connected me to a specialist. She tried calling and received the same message. She finally was able to make contact and instructed us back to motel. After checking in and entering the room noticed that the easy chair had a large burn spot on on arm and the whole chair was trashy looking. I must say the room was clean but needed updating. Their breakfast was very poor. A couple of cellophane rapped heat up in the micro wave honey buns. Their drink dispenser only had water.

Worst hotel ever
It was terrible, no ice bucket in room say they were out , cigarettes burns in bed cover , breakfast was otis muffins , rug so dirty had to walk on towels, worst of all SMOKE DETECTER WAS DISABLE , somebody should alert the fire Marshall

The room is hot never did really cool down. Asked for them to switch us to a different room. They didn’t have anything available until the next day. Then once we come back from everything we had to do that day they had locked us out of our room and the man working the counter, then had no idea what was going on. I didn’t know he was supposed to switch us to a new room. Room was dirty you could write your name in the dust on the furniture in the mirror over the bathroom sink was so dirty I had to try to clean it, so I could even see myself in it. The breakfast was muffins you can buy in a package at the convenient store and that was it. Breakfast was supposed to be served till 10 o’clock at 8:30 we got the last 2 muffins.

The room itself wasn't to bad but could use some updating. I did have an issue with the front desk. My husband is handicap. The 2 spots for handicap parking were occupied, but neither vehicle had a handicap plate or sticker. The office said there is nothing they could do. You go to the room and tell them to move as it is the offices right and obligation to do so. before he told me he could do nothing even had me take pictures of the cars. Once I showed him he said there was nothing he could do. That was a bunch of crap. I think he new the car owners. The next time I am there with family (3 rooms) we will not be staying there again....

We walked in it smelled, the comforters were all stained i removed them thank goodness the sheets were clean, the bathroom door wouldn't close it was too big for the fram and the floors were all sticky. They never cleaned during our weekend stay, and they didn’t bother to leave towels we had to walk to the office to get more towels throughout the weekend and we finally decided to try the free breakfast on Sunday morning and there was no breakfast. I don't suggest anyone stay there.

Was totally disappointed with the condition of the hotel and room. The chair in the room looked like it was retrieved from the dump. I was glad to leave.

When I checked in: I was given a king suite, and reserved a double queen room. the bathroom was not clean, the tub was dirty. there were bugs crawling on the walls. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There were two televisions in the room, only one remote worked to change the channels. The breakfast was a joke. There was no juice or cereal for the so called breakfast. The clerk had to put out more muffins and breakfast sandwiches when I got to the office. Overall, this was the worst stay in a motel i have ever had.

The free breakfast was crap, the pool was beautiful the room was nice the lady up front was awesome and helpful but the ac struggled to cool the room and it looked like toddler pillows on the king size bed and when you used them you realized the were flat toddler pillows the front desk guy at night was rude honestly would stay there at the special price I got through Expedia but if the price was any higher I would have found a different hotel

The room was nasty. It reeked of a sour smell. My feet were blacked when I walked around barefoot inside the room. Got zero sleep, the person next to me was yelling and banging on the walls and slamming doors. I did call the office about this but it did nothing cause it continued on for hours. Felt very unsafe.

There were bed bugs in the room, intercom was not working to inform same to front desk. They gave me other room but it was having blankets with burn marks. Applainces were old and not in working conditions.

Could not park next to our room, the air conditioning was not cooling(we could not sleep and left in the middle of the night) and the room smelled like it has been water damaged. The swimming pool was to close at 10pm but people were allowed to party there till 4am. Do not recommend

The staff were friendly. There ice machine was broken, however you could get ice in the office. The soda machine was out of most sodas. Their breakfast offerings were minimal.

I was very very upset with the service we received! The pictures are deceiving! All we received was a sorry from the lady at the front desk but her manager never called us back to see what they can do to make us feel more comfortable with staying there! Definitely not the price to pay for the room we paid for. We will not be going back to this hotel anytime in the future…

The front desk lady that checked us in was great and helpful. The room and amenities need a lot of work. Most were broken or didn't work IE: the ice machine, vending machines, hair dryer the fridge in the room even part of the outlets wouldn't hold a plug.

The hotel was nasty, towels were old and stained,bedding was stained and discomfort, Capet was nasty and dirty not to mention the house keeper went into my room after we had told her we were leaving and took it upon herself to enter my room and cleaned it and left my room door open there isn’t no telling how long it was opened for was gone for at least 6 hours but luckily my belongings were still there.
