Good, just take your own pillows. Location is not that good, kind of the entrance of Corpus
“great place for familly”
my self and my familly enjoin the hotel for sure we will back there!
The first room was not ready to rent. Smoke detector was not installed and the room was full of flying insects. Moved to a better room.
Breakfast was a joke. No one was "in charge" of making sure supplies were replenished. the juice machine was completely out of juice. Pancake batter ran out. Syrup ran out. There was no meat (desk clerk said there would be sausage). Staff had to go to grocery store to get more paper plates.
“not for vocation”
Stayed for two nights in Christmas vocation. The hotel is close to high way, could hear noise in room. The free breakfast is below standard in terms of quantity and quality.
“Bad deal, not even worth it”
I booked a King-size bed room and ended up with two queen beds. They didn't even care to make a change. Breakfast was all gone by 9am and nothing was re-stocked. for the price, this place sucks!
The bathroom was a mess! A lot of stains on the toilet. Blanckets in very bad condition. The hair dryer doesn't work.. Far from the beach.
“Hotel sucks! never staying in this place again”
We had a reservation for non smoking rooms but when we got there they said they ran out of non smoking rooms. Since we had a little kid, it wasn't pleasant. When we got to the room at 6 pm, the door of our room was half open. The staff were rude specially the indian guy. I am never staying in this hotel again. Hated it.

We drive 400 miles to get there.Checked in by 2pm was given a handicap room which in reallity not really made for a handicap person just fyi! Don't knw how it passed inspection.Anyways long story short. We accidently left our hanging items called right when we acknowledged it.Spoke to Ashley desk clerk whom confirmed ALL our items were there.I told her were close to home n what do they do in situations like mine.Can they hold it or send it to me and she told me they could send to us not worry n that she would give it to the manager.I said great n thanked her because the items meant alot to us.Then thought at that moment I was given great customer service..Called following morning to see if it was passed to manager.No one knew anything n that Ashley had gotten fired n that she shouldnt of told us they would send it me.I told Molly whom is supposedly asst. that if we would of known this we would of driven right back.Molly couldnt find our item.Husband gets involved all of a sudden she has some items n didn't knw what happen to the others.By this point husband drives bk 400 ml that day n wanted to speak to the real mgr/owner.She said no!He will have nothing to do with this n that he would just give it back to her to deal with.She said to bad n there was nothing she could doSo we lost atleast $250 worth of clothes. Not even an I'm sorry nothing! Management sucks! They r thelves stylish thelves. LOLZ! Wow, really! Never again. Guess thats what we get for last minute bookings.
