some positives and negatives.

Pros: expanded cable, low rate
Cons: filth and owner's lack of care
Location: it's on a noisy highway but i used the fan to drown out raffic noise and it was ok at night.
everything is dirty- the walls, carpet, furniture. tons of dust in the room. the entire place needs repairs and painting inside and out. owners don't care about customer service- no smiles, they look glum, don't care about the cleanliness of their motel. the continental breakfast is weak coffee and some days there are small packaged goods from the dollar store. on the other hand, their rates are low. the room was large and had a fridge, microwave and expanded cable tv, table and chairs. so if you don't mind dirt and want a low rate, it's an ok place to sleep.

Stay somewhere else

The room was filthy. Mold in the shower/tub. Stains all over the carpet. The bed was sort of made. At least it appeared to have clean sheets. The only reason to ever stay there is its cheep.

Pass on this hotel
Posted Jan 29, 2012
Hotel staff were not very helpful and borderline rude. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The hotel was difficult to find late at night because there was no lights on indicating the name of the hotel. My friends who were taking there checked out after only 1 night (out of 3). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The Knights Inn was a much better hotel stay.

Pros: The swimming pool
Cons: airconditioner could have been a bit quieter.
Location: Great
The motel was on my trip plan. Recommeneded a great local resturant for breakfast. Enjoyed the swimming pool. The price was great. The outside was old but the room was nice.

Disappointed
Posted Jan 16, 2012
The beds were not comfortable. I had a back ache after sleeping in it. They also don't have fitted sheets so the minute you move they come off. There was hair in the shower. Then as we were leaving, we were checking under the bed to make sure we hadn't left anything and found pieces of pancake. We did not have pancakes! I have stayed here before and it was ok. I was quite disappointed this time.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
Posted Jan 22, 2011
The National 9 Inn Sand Canyon was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The light fixture in the bathroom was filled with dead bugs and spider webs, with a coating of dirt on the glass. There was a large 1" gap in the door jam, which allowed for bugs to enter the room unimpeded. The window seal was filled with dead wasp bodies and the live wasp in our room was an added benefit. The pillow case had dark curly hair on it. The indoor/outdoor carpet was so filthy that our feet got blackened just walking around the room barefoot. The microwave cord didn't fit to the wall socket, so we had to put it on the rug next to the outlet to use it. Food particles were all around the floor. The walls had all manner of stains. The place smelled so bad that I had to refuse the first room we were given. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't judge this "book" by it's "cover"

The exterior of this hotel did not leave me especially optimistic, but our room was very nice, almost like a small suite. And at a very reasonable price, too!

comfy bed, but don't take your socks off.

The carpet is very gross, you feel like you stick to the floor. Staff not to friendly. We had the larger room, it had an extra couch/sleeper. that was nice. But would not stay there again, would pay extra and stay at a nicer place.
