“Not what I expected”

It is about a 5 minute drive from OSU, and the room was clean and comfortable, which are the only good things I found. The "HEATED" pool was ice cold and the"HOT" tub was what you would expect the pool to be, luke warm. My 12 year old, who loves to swim, couldn't stay in but a few minutes. We went to inquire at the desk, but after waiting 10 minutes for the two on duty to get off the phone, we went back up to our room. We went down again later, but they were still both on the phone and did not acknowledge us. There are other hotels in the area, and we will never stay at this one again. The lack of service is what I would expect from a cheaper hotel.
