“Very Happy”

I like the fact the hotel was right off of I-5, easy to find. There were places to eat close by. They had a full breakfast in the morning, they had express check out..the bed was comfortable...clean..staff was helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good free breakfast. Denny's across the street.

Except for the unsightly "Adult Shop" right next door, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The facilities (pool, spa, excercise room, etc) were excellent and the breakfast was above average. I would absolutely stay here again.

It's refreshing to visit a hotel that is genuinely interested in making your stay comfortable and convenient. In this particular visit, the price was reduced for summer travel, and competed with the lowliest accommodations in town! Wow!!

The Phoenix Inn & Suites in Albany was great! Great access to the freeway, very, very close to our destination but you did not hear any traffic noise at all! The rooms are huge! Bed was very comfy. The suite was separated by a half-wall behind which was a "living room" area with full sofa, coffee table, & desk with Internet access & phone. Also, coffeemaker, bar sink, and small refrigerator. You could actually live in the room if you had to! We will definitely use this motel again!

Three old friends gathered at the Phoenix Inn & Suites in Albany, OR. The hotel was perfect for 3 days and 3 nights of nonstop talk and laughter. This is an annual meeting and we will book it again.

Large rooms with micro and fridge. Wireless internet. Comfortable beds with nice linens, Dog Friendly.....What's not to like?
