Cons: Could not get the hair dryer to work.
Very friendly and prompt service even though it was very busy at the time of the check in. Loved the room, big and comfortable.

I needed a place to stay semi-close to Eugene on game day that allowed dogs. Only one month to plan so of course nothing available in Eugene. I didn't expect a lot given this hotel's location. But I figured a $100 room endorsed by AAA couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. The hallway has a heavy foul smell of dirtiness and cigarette smoke. I ventured down the hall around 11pm to get a bottle of water and passed a meth head looking lady in a bra, jeans and no shoes. I'm guessing she was a prostitute. The pictures make the rooms look decent, but they are horribly outdated. I guess it was clean enough, but just old and really dingy with dried on sorry something on the wall by the bed. This is more of a $49.99 motel, in fact I bet they offer an hourly rate. I would have been better off just driving back to Portland.

Great hotel room.good breakfast.all the drivers stayed here.and a good Dennys right across the street..Only 12 miles from the Lebenon race track!!

Great location for the ease of the wedding

Pros: The ease of location for the Lebanon wedding.
The motel was comfortable. Service was friendly and overall our stay was more than we could have asked for. The bed was extremely comfortable and the addition of the down comforter was an excellent touch. Bathroom was clean. I would stay here again.

Josiah was welcoming, gracious when another guest had problems with their card key and interrupted our transaction. Breakfast is always excellent.

Pros: Spacious, pleasing to the eye, complimentary continental breakfast. The lobby area was very nice as well.
Location: Denny's across the street proved very convenient and inexpensive.
Family of 4 on a vacation - had a great time staying at Pioneer Inn Suites! Very spacious, clean, comfortable and the complimentary continental breakfast was wonderful to say the least! Highly recommend.

Nice room and a pretty nice hotel over all. Breakfast service until 10am was good. Enjoyed my stay and will return if in the area again.

OK place but nothing to brag about

Location is directly between a large adult store and an empty field truckers use to park. Rooms are nice size with sitting area separate from bed with a pony wall. Lots of storage and hangers. Room had a microwave that was not level and a fridge that stayed in the low 40s - not super cold. If you like your milk ice cold in the morning (or a cold glass of wine in the evening) this wasn't going to do it. Some of TV stations were snowy. Free in room WiFi worked great. Pool was cloudy and appeared to have a film of something on top. No one there was particularly glad to see us although no one was out and out rude. A smile wouldn't have hurt. Main lobby/sitting area is nice and much bigger than you'd anticipate pulling up. Nice selection for breakfast, nice seating area to eat, staffed well. Great location for travelers - right next to I5. This place will do for most travelers. We could have checked out early but didn't.

It's clean . Horrible 1990 couch in room . You get what you pay for. 1 night is fine.
