I took my Mum abroad to Lloret De Mar from the UK, it was the first time she's been away for 33 years. We absolutely loved it here, staff are very accommodating, rooms are lovely, and the food options for full board breakfast, lunch and dinner are amazing. I don't know how they do it! Will absolutely be returning if the need arises. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Disappointed with the city
Unfortunately, my stay was shorter than planned. I visited Lloret and stayed in AQUA less than a full day. The city was really packed with people around their 20s, which was not the vibe my girlfriend and I were looking for, and the infrastructure was just terrible. At the end of the day, we returned to Barcelona because the hotel didn't offer parking (they only have like 8 spots) and there was just no way to find parking in the city. I felt like the hotel staff could have informed us about this. On the contrary, they reassured us that parking would be super easy and we had to look for a place to park from 9 pm until 11 pm and then give up. Besides, the hotel kept a loud cover of party musics playing all they long in the pool and the walls a super thin. When we left for Barcelona at midnight the music was still playing.

The hotel was for us in a good location for driving into abd out of the area. Staff were very helpful , rooms were cleaned daily with new towels. The food was very nice and there was a variety of dishes to eat. Service with a smile and happy with the choice and price.

Good lication, friendly cleaners, bar & reception staff. Nice rooms, but beware if booking a premium room, as their bathrooms have a missing 4th wall & there is a window from one of the 3 walls into the bedroom 🙈😱 Beans at breakfast are usually cold, as they are not left on a hot plate & the warm bulb above them produces less heat than a candle. However, there is a large selection of bread, croissants, cereal & salad. I'd recommend walking to Cala Banys & visiting Canyelles (If you walk around the cliffside, be prepared to go up & down LOTS & LOTS of steps, but it's worth it) 😊

Central location and great food
The hotel is very close to the pedestrian zone shopping area. The food is really good . Environment is very nice. the bus station is just 5 minutes waking distance. Cleanliness of the hotel is 100% spotless. Hospitality is great nice lobby and pool area. Receptionist are very helpful. Mini Market 20 m away from the hotel. It requires more entertainment. Since Meat and fish are freshly cooked in the dining room upon request there is a huge smell of frying. I suggest that better extraction is a applied on the hot plate.

Nice stay but don’t agree with paying for safe
Stay was nice, small walk to the beach. Pool area was a lot smaller than expected, and pool view room was not worth view but upgrade I imagine was worth it. Don’t expect to pay an additional €4/per day for the safe in the room this I find to be extortionate.

The food was very good, at mealtime the buffet was varied fresh and presented and prepared well. But I must mention Eduardo the Chef whos beatiful smile and delightful manner made mealtimed a treat, well done Eduardo all the staff were very nice but you were on another level.

Wonderful staff
Very comfortable, clean hotel, with a lovely pool and nice large rooms with great beds. But what was really outstanding were all the staff, both at reception, in the restaurant, the bar and the grounds. Incredibly helpful to us during a family emergency, but wonderful throughout our stay making us feel individually welcome, just sorry I cannot name them all.

Nice hotel with only a few weak points
A very nice hotel with delightful staff! They were all very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is designed very nicely, modern and clean. Lovely pool area and not too busy. Only a couple of points weren't ideal, thus stopping me giving it full marks: - the quality of the food at supper was not terrible, but also not great. A fair variation of things but not the greatest of quality sadly. Deserts, although. Ring colourful were horrendous and flavourless unfortunately! - you have to pay extra to use the room safe!! - good points are definitely helpfulness of the staff, being able to email reception and get them to print tickets for Marineland for free (thus saving entry fees), good cocktails in the evening and reasonable prices on drinks. Would stay again!

Very good hotel and good location.
My partner and I had a lovely stay at the hotel for 6 nights. We had a junior suite room which is quite big and spacious. The hotel is in good location to all shops and restaurants. 5-6 mins walking to the beach. Our room did not have a good view though. They had some working ongoing at the next building unfortunately. But overall the stay was great and the staff is excellent. They are nice and make you feel comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are awesome. My girlfriend loves seafood. They serve perfect quality food. Eduardo is my fav chef! We were very pleased to stay at our hotel. I would recommend to everyone. P.S: The cocktails are great! Cheers, Adam

Booked full board we thought that drinks were included in the price had to pay for drinks even water!!! Every time we ordered a drink we were asked to pay for it by an annoying Spanish lady before we even finished our meal. You have to pay for key for the safe in your room which is ridiculous for a 4 star hotel charging for a safe! Food was okay but the same meals were cooked 3 times in a row. I was not impressed sorry but this is not a 4 star hotel maximum 3 maybe eve that! We stayed one week but every single night it was to noisy.

Perfect location, supportive staff - lovely
The location for this hotel was excellent. Arrival: The shuttle bus booked through Expedia was easy to find, quick and we were dropped off 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. On arrival the check in was very quick and staff member was lovely. The room was very clean and just like the pictures advertised. We then spent the rest of the evening in the pool which was again clean and nice. Dinner was unfortunately a disappointment on this night. Some things were edible... very salty which is an issue when you have to pay for drinks. We then took a very short walk to the shops nearby which are busy but clean and beautiful. We then walked by the beach which was a 10 minute walk away and watched an amazing fire work display. Breakfast was standard. All breads and cakes were old and as hard as a rock which was not nice at all! We walked 20 minutes to a near by beach which had some water activities. Dinner was again disappointing. Lots of places to eat around which are lovely specially for late night snacks or drunken food! Another walk to another nearby beach 20 minutes away. It was another lovely day . Chose to get a taxi back which cost us 8EUR. Chose to eat dinner out this night at a restaurant near the beach which was past all the shops. Shopped and enjoyed the drink near the beach. Went to the bus station 10 minutes away for a shuttle bus direct to Barcelona. Checkout was easy and you can leave your bags and use the pool.

Well located in quiet but central part of Lloret de Mar. Nice clean pool and great buffet breakfast and dinner. Parking was difficult however. You have to be European to appreciate their garage.

Location was perfect
Apart from Reception Staff, quality was extremely poor. Food was terrible especially given I'm a vegetarian, staff had an opportunity to make it better but did the bare minimum which was quite disappointing. To be honest I wasted my money, it is not like the site suggests: they do not cater for everyone.

We stayed for 10 days in this hotel. Everything was really good, clean room, good food,(my daughter is vegan and she was very happy with the food options). Front desk and dining room personnel was very polite and happy to help and answer all our questions regarding Lorrey or excursion to Barcelona and surrounding area. After we arrived back home, I realized that I have lost all my keys, and after checking all our luggage I concluded that they are gone. I started cutting the new keys and than I got an idea to call the hotel and check to see if possibly they found them. And yes they had my keys and after I provided my address they mailed them to Canada. What else to say, but those are nice people who really care. They could easily say no we did not find them and save themself of going through the hassle. This speaks the volume about this hotel and hotel's employees. I am looking forward to go back next year and say big THANKS in person.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, VALUE AND GREAT SERVICE
Stayed with 3 other friends in 2 rooms. Could not fault the hotel at all. The airport transfer had slight issue locating it but it was a minor issue, due to being in the middle of narrow streets. Very modern, exceptionally clean, food was excellent with ample choice and quantity. Walls of bedroom were a bit thin if you were a light sleeper and had inconsiderate neighbours.

A totally pleasurable stay.
I had a premium room with pool view and it was definitely a superior room. Excellent amount of space with a balcony with chairs and small table. The very best shower I have ever experienced in a hotel, amazing. The staff were all incredibly helpful and patient. The breakfast buffet always fresh and varied with plenty of space to sit. The age group of guests was right across the spectrum, but most pleasing was the hotel was very quiet at night with guests all being respectful. The wifi is only suitable for email and facebook not for streaming etc. I highly recommend the hotel and will be planning another trip soon totally delighted with every aspect.
