“Only nice from the outside”

The only plusses I found at this hotel was its central location. Within easy walking distance to the beach, and right in the middle of a pedestrian shopping/eating centre, the hotel has the advantage of the location. Other than that, the service was bad, elevators were broken down for 2 days (which is a hassle when you're on the 4th floor) and the free breakfast was what you paid for -- bad. I did feel sorry for the reception staff who seemed overwhelmed, but they let it show and weren't very helpful when guests really needed it. I can't mark down the hotel for all the noise of the guests, but be prepared for paper-thin walls, and no one really used the pool... it's too small and only there to say the hotel has a pool.
