The hotel has a hardworking staff that did a great job keeping the hotel clean. I was also very impressed with those working in the dining area. All were very professional and most bilingual and trilingual. The beds were very comfortable and the food in the dining room was great. The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views. My only suggestion would be to update the interior of the hotel, lobby, rooms and bathrooms. AND to heat up the pools and hot tubs and steam rooms 😩 The hotel would be absolute perfection! Thank you for a great and memorable stay!

A great venue, attentive friendly staff, newly renovated. Great free breakfast and very reasonable dinner buffet with a great selection. A wonderful stay of 4 nights.

Wonderful location
The hotel has a truly magnificent setting and views out to sea. Our rooms overlooking the sea were fabulous. Newly decorated, we enjoyed huge and comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The refurbishment is clearly still underway so works were happening in hallways and stairwells. Staff seemed quite confused also. No signs meant we were frequently lost finding our way about the complex. Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet of great variety. Pools inside and out both wonderful. The indoor one retains some of the faded charm of this hotel’s past. I love this place but I don’t think It was ready for guests at the start of April. Needs must, I am sure, so it was worth putting up with no TV connection and being lost in half finished corridors.

I felt the service in the restaurant was not good. Staff were chatting in kitchen, not attentive to guests. The hotel could have put a rail or more help to get into the sea.

Lovely Hotel will visit again!
Second visit to Eden Roc with the pandemic in between as would have been earlier than 2022. Great breakfast service, could start an hour earlier (7am) especially for departing guests. Sea facing room was great with balcony. Pool is great but chilly at the start of the season, but you get used to it! Location half way up the hill will be challenging for some. Check in is at 3pm and Front Desk staff are a little rigid on that one as got a funny look when wanting to check in ten minutes early. Pool towels are “Spartan” and could be improved. St Feliu (the town) is an unspoilt and definitely a Spanish resort so brush up on your language skills to make the best of this location.

The costumer service was terrible, workers of the hotel were not saying your welcome, hello, or even raising the head to respond to hello with the head, everyone was looking in a way mad, and they offer double beds but in the reality they just have to individual beds together, something that for me is a SCAM!

Hotel muy bonito y cómodo. Servicio mejorable
Nos quedamos mi pareja y yo 3 noches a mediados de octubre. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. Aunque se nota que es antiguo, está muy bien mantenido y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Su situación en la montaña frente al mar, la piscina y el spa son fantásticas. Las opciones de comida se limitan a los horarios establecidos para cada comida. No hay opción de comidas más ligeras fuera de eso horarios y el staff no te ayuda al respecto. Tuvimos que pedir comida delivery al pueblo para comer un bocadillo en el hotel. Había un solo bar funcionando dentro del hotel. No hay ningún tipo de servicio de comidas o bebidas en la playa ni en la piscina. El acceso al mar desde la playa es a través de una rampa de cemento. El hotel solo tiene unas 4-5 plazas de parking propias, por lo que es necesario aparcar en la playa. Para comer o cenar fuera del hotel hay que bajar al pueblo que son 10minutos andando. Teniendo en cuenta todo esto, lo recomendaría

Nowhere to eat or drink...in an isolated location.
No restaurants opened, no bars...no pool....no convenient store, supermarkets or whatsoever in the surroundings to grab a byte...the place is spectacular but they need to keep some of their bars/restaurants opened or at least communicate that there will be none of them available when booking it. The hotel location is superb but the fact that was no place to eat or drink destroyed our stay.

Expansive resort with great views.
A beautiful, and expansive resort that is only a safe, less than 20 minute walk to downtown Sant Feliu de Guixols. The reception staff were extremely nice and helpful. A few things to keep in mind if these things matter to you: - There is no parking lot, there are about 3 parking spots by the front door and the rest are road/parallel parking from what I could see. Not a huge deal, unless you hate parallel parking. - There is no natural sandy beach at this resort. It is up on the rocks, and the shoreline, while beautiful, is rocky. You can go down to the shoreline still, but it's just rocks. The resort has a man-made sandy beach up on the rocks for you to enjoy still.

Beautiful grounds. Got lost a few times looking for places like the spa. A lot of stairs and different levels, but great sea views. Pool was very cold and we couldn’t get in. We noticed solar panels on the roof. Maybe try solar heating the pool until October. So sad not to use it. Buffet food was cold. Entertainment at night was fun.

Really nice Resort
Really nice resort. Staff was very helpful and spoke english for me. I was on a solo bike tour so it was a great place to drop panniers and go ride Costa Brava! (GI-682). The bar had a great view of the Mediterranian. A healthy walk down (& back up!) to the beach/cafe area. There is a bluff out the front door one can walk/hike up nearby to get a better overall view of things. I was only there only one night so I didn't get a chance to enjoy all the features.

We stay here as often as we can
We love staying at Eden Roc and its sister hotel up the coast a bit, Cap Roig. We always stay at one or the other after we fly back in to Barcelona on our way home to France. We run a b&b so we are very keen to note all the good and the bad in any place we stay. The first time we stayed there, we loved the decor so much we asked where they shopped and they pointed to a wonderful town full of antiques.The demi-pension is always great--nice big buffets for dinner and breakfast and we especially love the indoor pool. The rooms have great views of the Mediterranean--try and stay on the left hand side of the building towards the end on a high floor. One tip for our friends at the hotel--dim the lights a bit in the eating area. A bit bright after the redo. Of course, we'll be back. And extra thanks for finding an item of clothing I left behind and sending it back

This was not our first stay here, we were very impressed the first time. A perfect position with undisturbed views of the sea. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a bathroom with spa. The buffet breakfast was very good, made even better by the beautiful view from the dining room. The buffet dinner was good too. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and halpful.

Hidden Gem of a place to relax
This is a truly wonderful hotel set out overlooking the sea. It’s not far from town and can be walked in 10 minutes. The staff are great and couldn’t be nicer. A classic Mediterranean hotel with wonderful ambience.

The physical beauty was amazing. The resort looks tired. We did the half board option. Breakfast was terrific, but dinner was buffet style and food was just okay.

We loved the location and the outdoor pools. The views are spectacular and access to open water swim lane is a huge plus. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, with a maze of stairs and corridors. This is definitely not a party hotel, as bars are limited and/or mostly closed. However, the staff is very helpful and most of the rooms are great. Not recommended for people with little children, impaired mobility, or toddlers as access to the sea is rather difficult. Great for athletes and people who want to soak up some sun, swim, and read by the pool.

Nice resort in Sant Feliu
Nice resort on the Costa Brava. The resort is 15 minutes walk from the city of Sant Feliu. The resort amenities are fine and the food was good. This was a nice resort for families and so is a good place to bring kids.

Rubbish hotel, do not go there
Outdated, dirty, mouldy, stinky, poor service and stupidly expensive. £5 per day for a wifi code??? This is 19th century. Rooms are dirty and many areas of the hotel require maintenance (full refurbishing).

The resort is managed for the benefit of the staff and management, not for guests. Very strict time constraints. Pool bar and staff there were the only ones who tried to please guests. Waited 3 hours for help with room strong box. Only one person who was able to be of assistance. Poor management. Parking is a night mare.

Wonderful hotel - just outside the town.
Wonderful hotel that sits on a rock just outside the town. It has a private access to a rocky cala and a great swimming pool. The hotel has a beautiful garden with many areas to sit outside privately.

A Beautiful Spot
You'll have to work hard to find a nicer spot than this property perched on a cliff overlooking the Med. Decent sized, comfortable rooms with adequate a/c and plenty of lights and outlets. Oddly, no coffee service and the European curse of two twin beds you will need to push together if desiring to sleep with a partner. Good luck not falling through the crack. Some sort of fixation device would be very helpful here. The tub was of good size, but the spa functions seem to be out of commission and had been for some time. Excellent breakfast included with the room fee. You'll be able to purchase lunch and dinner if needed. The wait staff seems a tad surly and not always accommodating, but this might also be attributable to language limitations. Worse feature of the hotel: limited parking and the crazy, small streets begging for an accident.

We had a very cosy room overlooking the coast. Very peaceful and relaxing. Good position for touring the Costa Brava and for strolling around. Sant Feliu within walking distance, nice shops, good tapas bars. Great stay, great hotel. We'll be back.

We had a great time, room was spacious with a comfortable bed, large bathroom with plenty of hot water and a huge jacuzzi bath. The hotel grounds are outstandingly beautiful and gardens well maintained. The restaurant has a stunning view of the bay and the food is healthy and plentiful with many choices and of high standard. Staff are extremely friendly, a comfortable welcoming hotel.

Heavenly location with lots of potential
My fiance and I stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised with some aspects and disappointed by others. The pros - we reserved a sea view room with breakfast and ended up getting half board which included the dinner buffet. The room and bathroom were spacious with a breath taking review. Hotel staff was quick to resolve most issues and was friendly and corteous. The cons - furniture in rooms is quite old and basic. Bed was very uncomfortable and creaky and we had to ask for extra pillows. A hairdryer was advertised but we did not have one in our room. The showerhead was also broken so it had to be rigged into the piping in order for it to spray at a decent angle. There was a large number of children staying at the hotel and were running and screaming through the hallways which echo, so I wouldn't recommend this for an older couple without children looking for some peace and quiet. The buffets (both dinner and breakfast) had a great selection to choose from but all food was of mediocre quality. All in all, we'd rate this hotel at about a 3.8, if being on the picky side, and a 4.2 for value and view. The staff would also do well to update the amenities section as it pertains to each room - specifically regarding hair dyers and type of meals included.
