“Nice hotel”

“Oasis - Tossa - Dinnertime & Parking”

The Oasis Tossa is a nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms which are well maintained. The restaurant is a bit of an eye opener. If you don't get down for dinner early you will find very little to eat - and if you leave your table to collect something else often your table will be cleared by the time you return. Breakfast at the weekend was also a bit of a scrum with similar problems - although during the week it was much better. Parking at the hotel is very expensive although this is not mentioned on the website. The reception directed us to another expensive car park when there was actually loads of free parking available in other places.

“rude and unhepfull”

Hotel officially 4 stars but only merited 3, but the main objection was the attitude of reception staff over a booking error which was not our fault. They were really unhelpful and rude.
