Esmeraldas was great
We have stayed here many times with no problems.beds are comfortable , spacious apartment's and very clean.continental breakfast good and nice pool area.this is a quiet hotel with no entertainment at night but thata what we wanted..reception staff very friendly .would definately stay again

Excellent value
Hotel was excellent value. The studio room was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen area contained sufficient utensils for us. The furnishings were basic, but comfortable, and for what we paid we considered it excellent value. The food in the restaurant was good. The hotel has a small pool, and is about 5 minutes walk to the town and 10 minutes to the beach. Tossa de Mar is an excellent place to spend a few days

Well equipped and good position
Very well equipped room and in easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) of Beach, Buses and Old Town. Great value for money with my late booking in September.

Perfect location close to the lovely Town
If you want to feel comfortable and relaxed, this is the hotel for you. The b&b and half board options are good with the room facilities. We stayed in a studio, 2 adults and a child and there was plenty of room. Your room doesn't get cleaned every day, but that was ok as if you needed anything you went to ask reception. Ladies at reception were very helpful. All the staff were lovely. I will return to this Hotel, as great value and perfect location for everything. For a 2* it's excellent!

Nice friendly staff
This hotel is lovely the staff in the restaurant really went the extra mile with my 20mth old son ten minutes walk to the beach and an amazing town was just perfect we will be back

Lovely hotel close to the beach and the town.
This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and look forward to coming back next year. Staff made us feel welcomed. Cleaned rooms, clean towels provided every day. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to the beach. Perfect for families.

Can't believe this hotel is only 2 star! I stayed there for a couple of days in July with my family, and loved it! The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming, everything you need for a short stay.

July 2016 Family holiday
The hotel was great. Staff and location were great. The hotel is well equipped for a family with entertainment on every day and into the evening. It’s a quiet hotel where the bar closes at 12. That’s great for having young kids. There is a pool although we never used it as the beaches in Tossa are beautiful and only a short 10min stroll from the hotel. Breakfast was good. We never had the opportunity to have any other meals in the hotel. We had and early check-out and the hotel supplied us a packed breakfast which was not only unexpected but very nice. WI-FI is not that great (free only in the bar area) however you can pay for Wi-Fi in the room.

Das Zimmer war schön und gut eingerichtet, aber nicht sehr sauber. Man hört die Nachbarn manchmal sehr. Die Lage an sich ist sehr ruhig. Nette Rezeption.

Bel apparthôtel proche des commerces, de la plage.
Très bon séjour, appartement très spacieux et équipement suffisant bien que la cuisine mériterait un rajeunissement ( vieilles plaque électriques qui ne chauffent pas très bien et frigo qui givre ). Pas d’isolation, on entend les bruits des voisins. Piscine petite mais propre. Personnel très accueillant.

Le menage laisse vraiment à désirer, on a du repasser le balai en arrivant , il y avait du moisi dans la douche, des poils et des cheveux partout, on a relavé la vaisselle

Dommage qu’on galère pour se garer et que l’espace dé/chargement n’est pas bien grand devant l’établissement, l’appartement est petit mais bien agencé, le balcon est superbe, la piscine est petite, dommage qu’en arrivant le sol de l’appartement était sale, sinon les femmes de ménage sont très présentes, le changement des serviettes est impeccable (tous les 2 jours), ça sent le propre souvent quand on rentre dans l’établissement, l’insonorisation de l’appartement est impeccable, juste un peu le bruit dans les couloirs (les portes) et la literie aussi est impeccable (nous avons amené nos propres coussins). Un établissement correct pour un prix correct, personnel très sympa.

Personal muy servicial desde recepcionistas hasta el señor de mantenimiento (Alfred) Estudios reformados y limpieza impecable, con cambio de toallas durante la estancia. No muy lejos de la playa y del centro. Zona tranquila y silenciosa.

Appart hotel pas terrible : propreté limite, pas de menage ( relance 2fois et 1fois le menage sur les 5jours en periode covid). Cher pour ce que c'est. Les serviettes de bains pas changées et bruyant on entend tout des voisins et couloirs. Déçu

La atención de todo el personal muy buena, tanto de recepción, bar, limpieza y mantenimiento. El aparthotel no es como esperábamos. La realidad no correspondia con las fotos publicitadas. La cocina-comedor muy pequeña y insuficiente para 4 personas, queríamos cocinar allí y no pudimos. La puerta chirriaba y no cerraba bien. Llovió y se inundó el balcón. Las paredes con algunos golpes, y el suelo era de terrazo y muy antiguo. En general todo el partamento de apariencia viejo. La piscina muy muy pequeña. Las camas muy cómodas.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très bien organisé ( COVID 19). Piscine et terrasse extérieure très agréable pour un café ou une petite tête avant de démarrer les activités extérieures. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable, appartement studio propre et confortable. Bon accueil. Pas très facile de se garer aux alentours, mais c'est partout comme ça à Tossa de Mar.

Etablissement propre
Appartement propre et confortable. Par contre, impossibilité de se garer à proximité. Il y a bien un parking réservé soit disant aux clients, mais le staff le réserve à certains clients et pas aux français et ceux de Hoterls.com apparemment. Les clients juste avant nous y ont eu droit, mais pas nous !!
