Cet hôtel est une catastrophe du point de vue nourriture, isolation, propreté et accueil client. A éviter mais les hôtels alentours ne semblent guère mieux. Le prix est faible certes mais le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon. Enfin l'hôtel n'est pas à 500 mètres de port aventura mais à au moins 2 km.

Le parking de l'hôtel était trop cher, eau plate et autres boissons trop cher. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres.

Although rated 3* it is more like 2* in fact I would say is merely a glorified hostel. We had twin single beds, except they were smaller than properly sized single beds. The bathroom was a fair size and nicely decorated. The room was cleaned OK but there was still dust in the corners of the when the cleaner had left. The staff were unbelievably rude, it may have been due to lack of confidence with the English. We arrived at 11.30pm on our first night and were directed to our room but not told anything about the hotel facilities. We thought there would be hotel literature in our room but there wasn't. So we went down to the reception desk to ask for the literature (esp about room service having arrived hungry & thirsty). We were told they had run out and wouldn't be getting anymore. So we asked about meal times and other facilities, and were informed that they do not provide room service, however there was a cold dinner in the restaurant for late arrivals. Each question we asked was greeted with an impatient "why are you bothering me with these questions right now" look. Every time we went to the reception desk to ask them something they looked at us as if we had no right to be asking them these questions. In fact they looked at us like we were insulting them all the time. The meals in the canteen were quite good with wide selections at breakfast and dinner. It's OK for a short stay but the staff really need to brush up on their customer service technique.

l'emplacement est génial , pas loin des plages, des commerces, des discothèques...Un endroit idéal pour profiter la vie nocturne espagnole. Les repas à thème sont génial, ainsi que les personnels déguisés, ça fait plaisir, hotel idéal pour la famille , les enfants s'y sentent bien.

Ich habe dieses Hotel nun zum 3. mal gebucht, weil man rundum zufrieden sein kann. Das Essen ist um einiges besser als in allen anderen Hotels in Salou, in denen ich je war (War bereits 7x in Salou) Die Poollandschaft ist liebevoll gestalltet, man ist in 2 minuten am Strand und um sich ins Nachtleben zu stürzen braucht man auch nicht länger ;-) Für mich perfektes Hotel in der Besten Lsge von Salou!!!
