“Way below expectations”

The hotel is classed as a 4 star hotel,but what my wife and i experienced was far below that.We had to complain about our room being dirty 2 days going;old towels taken away,but no new ones returned; laundry we sent to be cleaned taking 3 times the stated time to be returned;told we could not purchase tickets for breakfast directly with the hotel;experienced agressive reception staff every time we complained, and finally, couldn't wait to leave
