“Excellent time”

Excellent hotel in central Stiges, really enjoyed our stay, abit tearful about leaving as had a great time ! Pool area very small though, but beach a 5 minute walkl away. An older style hotel, and the Bathroom area cramped, no room to put toiletries , but that is all. I thought I had misplaced some makeup on the second day, so to avoid problems with accusing maid service of taking it, I locked any valuables in my suitcase everyday for peace of mind. Apart from that, a good stay.

“WELL IMPRESSED”

I picked this hotel based on other reviews and it lived up to all the reviews..very helpful staff , so willing to go that extra mile and although thy did not have late check out due to being full they facilitated us by allowing us to leave luggage and use the facilities..very good value and great location.Thoroughly recommend it .

“We will be going back”

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast to suit every taste. Station and beach are only five minutes away. There is frequent bus service at the end of the road, just a few minutes walk, that goes to the airport.

“Great Value, Excellent Service, Central Location, Would Stay Here Again”

This was our first visit to Sitges, an enchanting and relaxing village on the beach. Hotel Galeon is a superb, very solid "three star" hotel that clearly aims to please its guests at a very reasonable price. When I choose a value hotel, ideally, I hope to find a place that is spotless and clean, with a friendly vibe, in a central location, a well-maintained place that just permits me to relax and be myself. Hotel Galeon fits the bill perfectly. We stayed four nights, but I could easily see myself staying there a week or longer if I had the time. It is quite comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast (included in the room rate) served every day until 12 noon is everything you heard about and more. I kept wondering what motivates the management to serve a daily breakfast that rivals the bounty one might find displayed in the dining room of a fine cruise ship! Perfect for a vacation. Towel service for the beach (deposit required) and in room safe (key deposit plus nominal daily fee) were well appreciated. Housekeeping/maid service was first rate. Concierge was extremely gracious, friendly and helpful. Tea served in the lobby every afternoon. We stayed in a standard room in the main building that was modestly appointed yet extremely comfortable, with even a view of the pool and garden in the courtyard of the property. Delightful. Quick walk to the beach and great location for eating, drinking and walking around the beautiful town. Highly recommended!!

“A Little gem”

This hotel is small but friendly and comfortable. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We will be back.

“Great hotel - Excellent value - fantastic breakfast!”

Hotel Galeon was perfect for our needs - and really excellent value for money. Situated in central Sitges close to all of the shop, restaurants and bars - only 5mins to the beach and 5 mins the other way to the train station. Breakfast was excellent - a massive selection of hot and cold food for all tastes...eat as much as you like! And served until 10.30 am every day. The room was quite small and didn't have a balcony - but might be worth requesting one when booking as only a few rooms actually had one. Overall though we were really happy - a great hotel and excellent value for money. Highly reccommended - we will be going back!

“Back for the second time.”

We stayed in this hotel a year ago. The standard was high then and we were not dissapointed this time. Hotel is near to the beach, shops and resturants. A marvelous breakfast to suit any tast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hope to go again for a third time - the hotel and Sitges, are a lovely place to stay.

“Great 3 star hotel”

Very helpful and friendly staff, a relaxed hotel in a very handy Sitges location - close to the railway station, close to the beaches, in the centre of the shopping/resturant district. Nice breakfasts and great value for its 3 stars price. The swimming pool is bit small and there is a faint smell of cigarette smoke lingering from time-to-time.. but on balance - i'd recommend it for a short stay.

“A wonderful hotel”

This hotel was in an ideal location as it was in the main part of the town of Sitges and it was also really close to the beaches. The hotel was really comfortable with very spacious beds and an amazing power shower. The breakfast buffet was also really good with a very large selection of food each morning. I definitely recommend this hotel.
