It's Sitges...stay calm
Wonderful location. Reception is unattended, so you're on your own. 3 nights, no maid service. Towels exchanged if you get lucky enough to see the housekeeper. Pleasant breakfast atmosphere: juice, coffee & sandwich served hot. Free parking = hike a mile away and search for a street spot. Overall, we'll stay there again.

We stayed here July 2017, which is why we booked again: wished we hadn’t. Much smaller room, virtually no storage, 2wardrobes, 6 hangers and only 2 drawers. Nice bathroom, good quality Grohe fittings and fixtures but not a single shelf anywhere. Last time we stayed huge breakfast buffet with all the usual suspects. The first morning we walked, absolutely nothing, we thought we’d overslept and missed it. How wrong we’re we. Next morning, back we go and ask the boorish oaf on reception for breakfast: tiny cup of coffee, tiny glass of orange juice and the worst ham and cheese toasty in the history of toasted sandwiches. Never went back again. We had to go to the shops and buy cups, spoons, bowls, tea, coffee, milk, cereal and sugar. Realised when shopping for household essential that we might as well have rented an apartment, so this is what we’ve done for next June, £200 cheaper. Good points, room was cleaned by a lovely lady, clean towels every day and probably the best Tapas in Sitges, The Garia, is almost next door. Don’t know if the hotel changed hands but will never see foot in the place again.

Great location, in the middle of everything
Clean room, lovely shower, daily fresh fluffy towels, good aircon and Wi-Fi. But.... Let down by poor breakfast. I stayed here 2 years ago when there was a decent choice of cold buffet and cooked eggs. Now, just a small cheese and ham toastie every day, I juice, I coffee. That's it.

Led hotel Sitges was a great location and the staff we more than helpful the beach is 150 meters away with lots of great restaurants just in the street outside the hotel. Everything is within walking distance and the railway station is a 15 minute walk. Please improve breakfast

I recently stayed at the Hotel Led in Sitges for four nights. I had a problem with the air conditioning unit in that it didn't work. The fan did work but blew warm air not cold despite following instructions. The weather was hot, around 28 degrees and the sun on the room all day. The hotel room was unbearably hot and very difficult to sleep in. The most alarming issue was that at no point during the stay was the reception manned by staff. There were no staff present at ANY time. I called the emergency number which was engaged and for the entire duration of the stay. On the second day a man with a cleaner was briefly in the hotel. I explained the air conditioning issue, he said he'd look at it. Following this, the fan all but stopped working. Further calls were made to the emergency number, the number still engaged, and still no staff presence within the hotel. The number remained engaged, even on day of departure, as no one checked us out either. If, god forbid, a genuine emergency like a fire evacuation, an accident, fatality, or major power cut, guests would be left helpless. Which I am sure is illegal in the UK and EU. PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotel.

Simple yet suitable. My room was on ground level and any light sleepers may not have been suited to that room. Friendly and helpful staff who walked me to the room and also extended my checkout time rather than storing my bags. Breakfast is simple but that was fine as it seems to be the Spanish way with plenty of food options to explore in between times!

Awful l booked a hotel and was up the street round the corner in a room in a apartment block cold , no facilities one tea bag one sugar bag. Hot water for a shower had to use coat on bed to keep warm at night. Next morning bzck to hotel for breakfast rude man who I had to ring for in the street and demand breakfast he came bad tempered got me coffee and croissant orange juice this was not what I booked and paid for ,if I had known I would not stay moved into a hotel for the rest of my stay you should be appalled at my treatment hotel hah

Don't check in late
First the check in time ending at eleven was understandable but there's no alternative if one would arrive late due to delay. That happened and I tried to call the hotel with no answer. When I arrived my key was behind the front door but locked. So I called the emergent contact number and the guy told me "you late you pay" and hung up on me. I called back and he rejected my call. Therefore I had to run around town looking for a hotel. I ended up paying extra 155 euro for the cheapest room available in hotel Subur.... The next day they sent me to a better room which was an apartment on St Josep. It was nice but overall I thought they could've at least accept some kind of alternative arrangement...

Great location small intimate hotel
It's a great location this hotel is close to everything in Sitges.The receptionist was really nice and friendly to us,she did everything to make our stay pleasant.The breakfast was included and the coffee was excellent.The room is ordinary but the beds are comfortable.The bathroom was clean and the shower flow was strong.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach and the centre
The hotel seems to have had a recent refurb and is very clean and comfortable. We did actually use the swimming pool on the top of the hotel's apartment block....bit of a long walk but it was worth it. The pool is great and the views over Sitges are great. Will definitely go back again.

Cute Boutique Hotel in Sitges
Cute little boutique hotel in a great location. My biggest gripe is that we had two twin beds instead of one queen. Other than that, the place is super cute. The location is just what we needed and the staff are very nice.

Not what we expected
On arrival at the hotel we were told we'd vein moved to an apartment. This was less than 5 minutes walk away. Initial impression of the apartment were very good, although a few problems. We were given a trin room when we booked a double. Floors not very clean, especially under the beds. Shower wasn't particularly clean and the water pressure and temperature was terrible.

A very quiet time in Sitges yet with only 2 rooms occupied i report the following with sadness- shower holder broken. Reported to manager/receptionist.Nothing done to fix the problem.Airconditioner not warming up.Room very cold.Breakfast on the 1st day was extremely limited with previous guests eating most of buffet.Manager/receptionist became very irate when asked for a bigger selection.Free parking is over 30 minutes walk from hotel.

Pleasant small hotel in Sitges centre near the sea
This was my third time in this hotel. The staff are very nice, the rooms are pleasant, and the location is excellent. Breakfast isn't especially varied, but it's ok. I would stay here again.

Prefect location.
Friendly staff who were more than helpful. Difficulty in using A/C at times. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. 10 min walk from train station. 30 mins to airport from bus stop €7.00. Great location beside beach, shops and restaurants.

Led hotel Sitges was a great location and the staff we more than helpful the beach is 150 meters away with lots of great restaurants just in the street outside the hotel. Everything is within walking distance and the railway station is a 15 minute walk. The lady at the check in desk was really helpful, I was allowed to check in to my room even though I arrived a couple of hours early. They also have great deals on bike hire and trips I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Can't praise highly enough
I should start by saying that we never have high demands from a hotel room; clean, well maintained facilities are usually enough for us. However, considering the low price that we booked this room for, we were very impressed. The quality of the finish on all aspects of this tiny hotel was outstanding. Everything seemed to be of a quality that we are not used to, for our modest budget. The facilities in the room are fairly limited (WiFi, television, air con, safe, hair dryer, as well as all the essentials) but there was plenty of space, which is something you don't often see in hotels at this price. For vegetarians, the buffet breakfast was a little limited, but the hotel staff were happy to accommodate requests, which is about all you could ask for, from such a small operation.

Wonderful location
Felt more like a boutique b and b than a hotel. Lovely white room in annexe across the road , much nicer than website photos. Great friendly staff, clean towels every day and spotless room. Shower fixing was broken so had to be hand held, but a minor point. Interesting breakfasts and a great Nespresdo coffee machine. Quiet side street, less than a minute to seafront, excellent find!

A good place to rest your head
As first time visitors to Sitges we were looking for a central base, nothing fancy, from where to explore. We found the location very good, the staff very friendly. Housekeeping could be better but not to the extent that it spoiled our stay. We would go back as it is excellent value for money.

We had a late check-in but made it before check-in closed for the evening. Member of staff was expecting us and was very efficient in checking us in. We were in the annex of the hotel which was just opposite and was shown to our room. Annex was fresh, clean and modern looking. The room was large enough for two people and was not cramped. Bathroom was clean and everything was working perfectly including A/C.

This is a small pleasant family run hotel near the beach. We had a warm welcome. The room was cleaned to a high standard each day and the buffet breakfast had a nice variety. Overall no issues with this stay.

A hidden gem, with a personal touch
This hotel is a hidden gem in Sitges. The rooms are huge, clean and modern, with all the amenities you require. Clean towels every day, shower gel, safe, comfortable beds, blackout blinds. Upon arrival you are made to feel extremely welcome by the owner. Nothing was too much for you to ask and they even offer beach towels, umbrellas and a few chairs too for the beach. Breakfast - well - WOW, everything was homemade, fresh and tasty. Each day there was something different on the breakfast table & nothing was rolled over from the previous day. The homemade jam they make is a special touch too. Nespresso machine coffee to start your day, with orange juice. I thoroughly recommend this hotel & can't wait to stay there again.

Fun filled holiday
Very convenient no thrill hotel with breakfast, easy access to the centre of shops, restaurants and cafes. Yet very quiet inside the room. It'd be better if there were small table and chairs in the room to keep us from sitting in the bed all the time. Good for nightlife and rest during the day time or at the beach. Will use this again no doubt.

Fantastic stay
This hotel is amazing and I'm definitely staying there again. The only pity fall is the airconditioning that doesn't really work very well. It has a 2 min on & off system that isn't bough during summer months.

Fab little hotel
We had a week mid-July at Hotel Led in Sitges. We had the room with a private terrace and it was fab. Friendly & helpful lady on the front desk, yummy breakfast, a good size room, decent shower and comfy bed. They also supplied towels, loungers and parasols that you could take to the beach with you. The only improvement we really felt was needed was a small fridge in the room to be able to keep drinks cold - a lovely terrace to spend time enjoying but not having anything cool to drink without having to continually run to the shops. The hotel location was fantastic. On a quiet side road leading from the town centre down to the beach, within 2 minutes walk of both, but without the heavy foot traffic and noise that the larger connecting streets had. Would happily return here next time we come to Sitges.

friendly staff and good breakfast. The bad part A/C not strong enough. Also cleaning the room didn't exist during the whole stay just change the towel and they don't even change the sheets of the beds. That's terrible! I would suggest to improve the cleaning in the room and it's very important to change sheets at least every 2 days.

Very well positioned hotel for beach and town
On arrival the staff were very welcoming and although we arrived 3 hours early our room was ready. Breakfast was a revelation with the amount of choice and on the first morning the staff talked us through what was available. However, there was only one plate each and this had to be used for everything also, they looked a bit smeared as if they'd not been wiped. Our room was on the 1st floor and faced the street which could be a bit noisy. There was a little bar opposite but this finished at 11.30 and if the windows were closed the noise was at a minimum. Unfortunately though the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of it's own and came on in the middle of the night making a noise and whatever we tried we couldn't turn it off which was a bit annoying. There were street cleaning lorries at 7am but the noise is the price you pay for the great positon, 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the town. It was also only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The town was buzzing with lots of great places to eat and drink suitable for all pockets and everyone was really friendly despite the fact that everywhere was so busy and they were working so hard. If you went anywhere a second time they always remembered you. The beaches were great although there were a lot of sellers around but again, they didn't bother you too much and it all added to the atmosphere of the place. If you like a lively and friendly town I would thoroughly recommend Sitges.

The best Gem hotel in Sitges
This hotel is fabulous. I have been in many hotel all over the world and i found this hotel one of the best. It clicks all the boxes to let you enjoy your holiday. The staff and Manger are very friendly, professional and helpful and do thier best to give you very excellent customer service. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much and offer great facilities including free beach towel, chairs and umbella The breakfast is big plus. The location is excellent in the heart of Sitges just few steps from the beach and few minutes walk from the train station. The room is very clean comfortable with nice large terrace. The room service and facilitis are great. I will definitely love to come back to this hotel again and it is highly recommended.

Great little hotel
Great hotel. Found this hotel by accident as our usual sitges hotel was fully booked. Room was comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. Ours was on the 3rd floor and had a terrace that was slightly overlooked but had full sun for over 6 hours in June. Location was close to both the beach and the nightlife but was surprisingly quiet. Only disappointment about this hotel is the breakfast. Extremely basic. Having said that Would I stay here again? Yes
