I had a great time. Came for peace and quiet so I could concentrate on work and the hotel provided everything I needed. Breakfast was good and many restaurants deliver via Glovo. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Second visit to Antemare
This hotel is just the sweet spot between the vibrant town and the more family-oriented area and the golf clubs etc. towards the southwest. Not many of the hotels here have a large pool - not a necessity for me but a major bonus as I love to wake up first thing in the a.m. and submerge myself in water that has cooled overnight. The breakfast buffet is amazing and I really like that they serve until 10:30 - Sitges is a late-night party town after all! (or can be, if that is your thing!) Thanks to the restaurant staff who were all lovely and encouraged my basic Spanish, teaching me a few phrases along the way. They were all very simpatico! Particular thanks to Rixio on reception who sorted out a few things for me during my stay, very professionally and kindly and who helped me out by printing onward travel documents for me after my phone was, sadly, stolen on my way home from a bar one late night. I really appreciated it and I will be back next year, hopefully! - Colin

Front desk attentive and friendly. Hotel is pretty cool layout and buffet breakfast. Location is half mile from the center of town so a nice 15 minute walk. Only minus was the room walks are paper thin. Can hear everything neighbors say or do

The room i stayed in was not a hotel standard at all. AC was not cold. the bed and sheets just bad. the shower is very damages to get in and out off and very weird shaped . the water was hot n cold . no english channels so do t even turn the very tiny tv on. wifi was very bad. location bad and way too many stairs for no apprentice logical reasons . the breakfast was ok. 2 many to mention . the staff were nice

We last stayed here 5 years ago and have noticed that this hotel is in need of a lot of refurbishment both inside and out.Our bedroom was looking over the pool, it was very tired the decor was shabby,we had to ask reception to repair the lock on the patio door and the wardrobe doors wouldn’t slide open which was repaired.The air con was very poor but just about kept the room cool as it was 28 outdoors much hotter you would have struggled. The room was clean and beds were comfortable but very low not suitable for old and infirm The outside of the hotel is in urgent need of redecorating and the shabby appearance makes this hotel look like 2star. The decking around the pool is in desperate need of repainting or replacing for stone. On a positive note the hotel is very clean the staff are excellent especially the guy running the restaurant his amazing. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice.The staff on reception were also excellent and extremely helpful. We would stay again but please update your rooms and decor both inside and out !!

We like this hotel as situated in a quiet residential street, just one block (2min walk) to the beach. It is only 10min-15min walk to the centre of Sitges. Lovely breakfast. Good aircon!

We love the Antemare and come back at least once a year which is mainly about the staff. They do need to resolve the outdated WiFi access as it is now getting annoying having to reboot the app several times a day. Pool is not heated so almost impossible to use come October which was a shame

Very poor experience. The room wasn't always cleaned and rubbish was not always taken away. There was no bottle opener for the 'complimentary' mini bar and it took five days and an argument to get one. No drinks as promised. Cups and glasses just left. Coffee machine leaked and had to put napkins under it each time. Never tidied/cleaned or sorted this. Only decaf provided. Room passes had to be updated every day. Lamps etc there BUT nowhere to plug them in. We had to move furniture to plug coffee machine in. Safe didn't work initially and still had property in there. Not a fully dressed room/suite and it just seemed that this wasn't meant to be used as a suite. Hotel has apparently been updated in last few years. I stayed years ago and nothing has been done. Best avoided

The Junior Suite is absolutely NOT worth the money
We paid almost £194 per night to stay in the Junior Suite. IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY! We were supposed to be greeted by a manager/director ... this did not happen. We were supposed to be greeted with a glass of wine and fruit juice ... this did not happen. We were supposed to be provided with a shaving kit in the room ... there wasn't one and when I pointed it out to reception we still weren't provided with one. We were supposed to be provided with a dental kit in the room ... there wasn't one and when I pointed it out to reception we still weren't provided with one. There were supposed to be pool towels waiting for us in the room ... there weren't any in the room and we had to ask for them at receptiin each day

Over all a good stay. The room was a little worn and smaller then expected. Seemed clean but the floor in the room and balcony could have done with a bit more of a deep clean. Staff always on hand and helpful. A very chilled and relaxing hotel.

Generally good. Room good after couple of moves from rear annex, first room damp smelling, second room constant noise from hotel plant room. Hotel in need of a detail check and refurbish. Breakfast ok. Coffee poor. Lunches better than dinners. Pool excellent. Atmosphere good. Staff helpful and pleasant especially the female duty manager.

Bad hotel. Great staff and service.
I was in room 535. WiFi was broken. Ants in the shower. Soap disposter not working (fixed). No supermarket around. Bad location. My balcony view was depressing. To get to the room you have to downstaris and the upstairs (again - room 535). On the other hand, the staff are vety nice. The massage lady is very kind and professional.

Check-in seems unorganized, three different people to do the work, had to wait for one hour before we got the room. Bar area was unorganized and messy. Room was ok, but not clean. Breakfast was good. Location is good.

The food in the restaurant was sub-standard. But the bar was good and the pool great. Location was exceptional. Except, and not really an issue of the hotel, but our room overlooked a private residence that had an avery of birds, huge birds, squaring birds from 6am until dark. Would ask for a different room if ever return.

Unfortunate room :(
Our room was very disappointing, there were live wires hanging from the door which tripped the electrics, which we had to reset, a plug socket hanging out of the wall and our room was advertised as a double but was two single beds pushed together. Our balcony was also rusted and broken and overall the room was not in good condition :( such a shaken as the actual hotel itself is beautiful and was in a great location.

Good afternoon, We take note of the issues you have had in the room you have had and we´ll investigate what has happened. Regarding the beds, nearly all the rooms in the hotel are twin bedded rooms (2 beds together). We have very few rooms with double bed. Regards,

Comfortable
The staff was great , and perfect cleaning. Nice food and services. Pool a little bit small for the number of guest. The hotel was full with turist. Close to the sea. 15 min walking to the train station.

I have stayed in many hotels in sitges and this has to be the best. Probably one of the best pools in sitges, hotel is very nice and staff are very friendly and attentive. The walk to the main town is a nice walk along the beach so if anyone was looking on google maps and thinking its a long walk away from the main square then don't worry it's not.

nice pool, okay staff but too loud
This one was after our Madrid trip as a relax by the pool stay but unf. it was not as good as we expected. Rooms were clean enough but they forgot to clean my room on the second day even if I told the reception when I left my room. Next day I had to chase the cleaning team to make sure it was done. The reception was friendly enough and the pool was quite nice so these two are the positives. However, the biggest issue was the noise! The doors are old and loud so u could hear doors banging anytime night or day. What really shocked me was how thin the walls were. Me and my mate stayed in separate rooms and he said he woke up someone snoring next door!! :) and I could hear people plugging their chargers in or out to the sockets next door... thats how loud it was. it wasnt the worst stay ever. if you don't mind thin walls and banging doors then you will be fine.
