Our room was not really clean correctly, hairs was still left in the shower tray when we book in, one day when we got back from a trip our door was not locked, the cleaner did not lock it after cleaning...the room was really basic with outdated furniture, air conditioner works great, but room was tiny for 3 people.. We did not go in the swimming pool has it can be crowded very quitly because of its size. Staff was pleaseant and helpful, i did left some tips for the restaurant staff as they seem to work very hard..foods were average while the foods choice was acceptable..will i come back there?..No.

The food was desapointing ! Not worthy of a 4 star hotel ! No much deversity in the menu and most of the time the bffet food was at best luke warm on the dispay ! Worse was the grill for breakfast and diner.Staff not trained properly and hyginic ! When doing an omelette the person behind the grill didn't use a spoon to put the ingredients although the spoons were in the bowl ! The person after touching dirty wiping cloth went on picking up ingredient with her hand ( with gloves ) !On one instance the glove droped fron the trolley but that gloveswas picked up and used insteed of being binned and changed for a clean one !! Fish at grilled was not cooked properly ! This hotel needs to improve on its menu and training staff working behind the grill in terms of hygine and professionalism ! Swimming pool was small for a 4 star and no gym ! This hotel derseves at best a 3 and half star.

Shame as could be a nice hotel
took 4 days in to a 7 day stay for the air conditioning to be working after s many attempts to resolve. left numerous messages for the manager to speak with him/her - nothing. The masses of rude, ignorant Russians was not the low point

Lovely hotel. Very nice and clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Arrived very late at night and had some food saved for us. Only one drawback the hotel doesn't put the aircon on in the rooms until June. So was very hot at night.

Food in restaurant very very poor. Limited choices compounded by grill station where cook used same tongs to handle raw chicken then use it to directly handle cooked (barely) onto plates. Same behaviour 2 nights in a row..

The hotel is a 10min walk to the beach and 30 min walk to theme parks, so for us the location was great. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. We found the bed a bit hard... otherwise a great stay.

Fantastic Value for Money
The hotel is very nice and recently decorated. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and bright. Dining room was a little cramped and I felt badly organised. I don't know why the desserts/puddings had the starters and mains either side. I'd recommend to move the desserts to the far end of the room. However, this was a minor thing really. There were also 2 bottles of water and 2 soft drinks provided for free in Mini Bar. A really nice touch.Overall the hotel was fantastic value for money and I would recommend it.

Worth a visit
Very smart hotel, good location, small but very clean modern rooms, that's all you need. Room overlooking pool area which again was immaculate. Friendly bar and restaurant staff. Food variety was wide and well presented. Just around the corner from were the main shops and bars start and a short distance from nearest beach. Nothing bad to say about hotel or its services. Would definitely return .

Good value, good food
Great location, food was better than I expected. Rooms are very tight but it was good to see they included a mini fridge and put a few complimentary drinks there for our arrival. Pool was quite nice but it needs maintenance repairs. Several tiles in the pool need replacing and the tiles along the edge of both the main pool and paddling pool need full repair as the grout has broken Only disappointment that bothered me was the pool attendant, the first few days pool inflatables were allowed then a new person came and decided he wanted to ban them. This meant several guests had paid 15-20 euros for inflatables that were no longer allowed. We only bought them as the first attendant allowed them. He was reasonable and agreed they could be used but that we would take them out when it was busy. Then two days later a new attendant decided on banning them all, it was disappointing for the children and I'm still annoyed by the inconsistency.

No air con available ?????
Advertised with Air Conditioning but not avaliable until peak season (june-september). Would have changed mind about booking if known before but does not say on thier website or hotels.com. No real entertainment on week nights. Was given a smaller room then what booked (booked two queen bed room and got assigned single bed & double bed room) until queried about.

Easy check in and check out, friendly staff, very central hotel, stones throw away from the beach shops restaurants and bus stops. Lovely clean bright comfortable room with a balcony looking over the pool. Not alot of space in the room but you dont go on holiday to lie in the room so no odds. Would love to return

Bring your own wine opener!
We stayed here for two nights between our trip to Priorat wineries. The hotel is decent for its price. However, one single issue (or policy) almost ruined our stay. We bought some wine from Priorat and would like to enjoy it in our room in the evening. However, we forgot to bring our own opener. So, naturally we tried to ask for help from the hotel staff. To my surprise, the bartender at the lobby refused to open guest's own wine and send me to the reception. Then the manager on duty at the reception told me they do not have openers and asked me to approach the bar. I have lived in more hotels than I can count and this is the first time I encounter a situation like this. Anyway, if you want to drink your own wine in this hotel, bring your own opener!

Loud late night entertainment ruined sleep.
I would definitely say for starters this hotel is a 3 star rather than a 4. Food quality was pretty poor and ended up avoiding dinner at the hotel, breakfast was a bit better. I could not fault the facilities of the hotel, pool, bar, lobby area and Toilets where clean and pleasant. Issues with air con not working properly. The receptionist when queried just told me “oh they don’t work in all the rooms” however he did tell me how to ‘possibly’ fix the issue by flicking some switches in the fuse box which thankfully did work. But even then the air con was poor and we had no control over temperature and fan speed which was annoying due to when you leave the room and take your room key it shuts the air con off. Biggest complaint which for me means we won’t be returning was the late night entertainment. Now firstly let me say it’s great the hotel does this... but 9pm until Midnight EVERYNIGHT apart from Monday’s is just crazy (on some nights the DJ had barely people watching). We had a first floor pool side room and the music was crazy loud, for somewhere that calls itself a family friendly hotel playing music that late and loud into the night is not family friendly, the last straw was when they finished an evening playing nirvana. When we complained to the receptionist he was rude and fobbed is off saying it was normal in Spain even though no other hotel played music that late into the night.

Hotel was good but our room was far too small for 3 adults and 1 child. Hotel guests were mainly Russian and other E Eastern Europeans also Spanish. Very few Brits were there. You often felt under pressure from bar staff to give a tip. Excellent animation team who did everything to vary the entertainment.

Good family hotel
Spent a week there from July 26th. Being our first family holiday abroad we were a bit lost at first,once we got our bearings we were fine. Travelled from Barcelona to Salou stations and must say it's a good 30 minute walk to the hotel. Checked in within walking in the door,had a nice room,pool side. Beds were comfortable enough,even though late on in the holiday there were a lot of hair and dust on the legs of the bed. The bathroom was clean and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The pool was good,gets crowded at times but acceptable. We had the breakfast buffet each day,there was a lot on offer,freshly made omelette to your taste were good. Must say that the hot food wasn't very hot at all,often it was cold. The entertainment was good,starting off the day with Aqua Aerobics,was out most of the rest of the day but the evening entertainment was good and my 8 year old joined in each night. Must say the guy doing the entertainment was really good and he works extremely hard throughout the day. The hotel is close to many things,the beach is a 5 minute walk away,a cheap supermarket is 1 minute away. As for an evening meal,Olivers across the road was beautiful and offers a free bottle of wine between 5-7. We fancied a curry and found Indian Spice,next to the supermarket very reasonable and the food is of huge portions and couldn't finish it. All in all it was a great holiday and would like to go back some day

Nice Family Hotel
Our experience in this Hotel on our family holiday was very pleasant. The staff were all helpful & our boys & all the other children absolutely loved the hotel entertainment, they had a great time & did not want to come home. The Hotel was clean & there was a large range of different buffet food every day. he hotel is close to a large variety of shops & a few beeches. Good value for money & would stay again for family holiday.

Great hotel lovely pool great food
Hotel really clean and very close to Salou centre with great options for eating out of hotel if you want we went half board and the buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent great choice of food different every day with option of food cooked to order for no extra charge. Bar very reasonable and the barman was great really looked after us, you have to try the cava de sangria it's amazing and healthy measures. Round town prices really cheap even compared to southern Spain. Go for breakfast or dinner to Uncle Sams Route 66 just down from hotel 2 min walk awesome steaks and breakfast as it should be. 10 min taxi ride to aquopolis water park which is great fun brilliant slides. All in all a great hotel with great location going back without a doubt. 😀

Nice. Hotel close to everything quite possibly the best location in Salou.not for families full of oaps quite possibly the cast of cocoon.great pubs nearby shankleys and shooters,shankleys has a bookie so great news there.food more Spanish than other hotels but still nice.

Friendly hotel in a great location
Just back from a lovely week at the hotel. Modern rooms and huge beds! The bathroom didn't seem to have had a renovation with the rest of the room but it was still OK. The air conditioning worked but as we had a long narrow room it didn't really reach where we were sleeping so nights were a bit warm. We went with our 5 month old baby and every member of staff interacted with him and made us feel very welcome. The food buffets at breakfast and dinner were great and not cold as other reviewers have claimed. A big selection, including freshly cooked dishes made to order. The buffet always looked clean and was well stocked up whatever time you went down. The pool was wonderful - never too busy and very clean. The bar by the pool had reasonable prices. We had a great stay and didn't want to leave!

The hotel is located close to both beaches.
The hotel is 5 to 15 minute walk from a beach and is close to a bus stop. I didn't like the cleanliness of the room. When I first checked into the room the floors were dirty and there was hair in the shower and on the bed sheets. The second time the room was cleaned, I've noticed a broken necklace when I returned! The third time there was soft candy stuck under the clean bed sheet! This was absurd! The worst room care I've ever experienced!

We had a great vacation, the hotel was much and beyond our expectations. The breakfast and dinner was amazing, the room was very clean and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel.

Check in was awefull , they asked for 85.5€ To add a 6 yr old child in the room with no add bed. Hotel was clean and new but room minimalist and small considering the price (you can bearly circulate around the beds.

This holiday was booked last minute. Cheap and cheerful getaway so we werent expecting the high life as such. Arrived at the hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel was super clean and spacious. With a lovely foyer area. Going into our room it was lovely and clean. Beds were really comfortable. Big bathroom with walk in shower. Free toiletries too. On the wall tv. Large wardrobe. A mini fridge that was stocked with some fizzy juice and water, complimentary! The balcony had your usual chair and tables. It was a lovely hotel would highly recommed. The pool area was clean too lots of bed with sun shades if needed. Great stay would definitely return. Also, the hotel is in excellent location. 5 minutes to the beach front. Shops restaurants oubs and your popular nightclub tropical. We also hired bikes from the hotel and cycled aling the beach front to Cambrils. Lovely town with great food. Less tourists here. From Reus airport it will cost 35 euros to to hotel. Great stay.

Dyrt garage med hiss till rummet.
Garage i källaren med hiss direkt upp till hotellets alla våningar. Bekvämt med hiss och stora p-platser, men trångt att köra in bilen som ändå bara är 4,50 lång. Dessutom kostade parkeringen 18€. Bra med balkong där det fanns 2 stolar och ett litet bord. Inga stolar i rummet som till störst delen upptogs av två onödigt breda sängar. Bra med minibarkyl på rummet. Riklig frukostbuffé med gott kaffe väldigt bra äggröra, och en kock som gjorde den omelett du ville ha. Fem minuters promenad till de centrala delarna. Bra hotell men inte optimalt för den som bilar.

Nous connaissions déjà hotel, nous sommes satisfaits, propre, grand hall d accueil, bar avec terrasse et piscine très bien. Pour le restaurant, cuisine bonne et variée, il y a également un grill. Le seul inconvénient est le temps d attente, ça bouchonne toujours !! Mais bon on est en vacances !!
