“Special Cremona”

The service and kindness at this hotel was exceptional. They provided several helpful extras that were above the called for. I look forward to staying here the next time i am in Cremona. It is out side of the town about 3 miles, but that is a real plus. It is quiet and peaceful. The pool and fitness features are provided at very reasonable cost. Free internet. Highly recommended.

“Not the creme de la Cremona”

This is a conference hotel with comfortable bedrooms but minimalist service. " Have a nice day" is the stock phrase of the reception staff, but they make no contribution to any niceness. The rooms are modern and comfortable, shower but no bath. There is no restaurant and the restaurant asociated with the adjoining sports centre is closed on Mondays. Tough if you arrive on a Monday as we did, we were directed to a village bar 1 km away. There is a small breakfast room with a helpful staff member. The breakfast was the poorest buffet we had in Italy and the scrambled (minimally crushed) eggs had to be seen to be believed. No fresh fruit. the room is 4 star but nothing else. Would not stay there again or recommend it for a holiday stay.
