Beautiful setting Charming HotelPosted Jul 30, 2015
This is a really charming hotel full of character. they have made the most of the mountainside location by providing most rooms with a view and generous balconies. Make sure you book a room with a mountain view! We spent time almost every night watching the sun go down and enjoying a drink and some food on the balcony which was a superb way to end the day. The pool area is excellent and the restaurant service and food are great as well. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. The rooms are massive as well. So basically it ticked all of the boxes for us and we were sad to leave. This is a great hotel!!

Wonderful retreat from hustle & bustlePosted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: The peace & tranquility and friendly helpful staff
Cons: Having better coffee at breakfast
Location: Set high in the mountains at Aritzo. Hotel can organise all sorts of 'excursions'...trekking, kyaking, walking...just ask
We arrived around 230pm which was late for lunch, but the staff put together a tasty light lunch for us. Our room was immaculate, spacious and private. It was a very warm afternoon so we spent it in & by the pool..bliss! Beautifully tended, tranquil surrounds. Dinner was delicious and extremely generous. Buffet breakfast was great...only let down was the coffee (automated machine not as great as a barista!)

soggiorno molto confortevole, metterei luci più potenti nel bagno in camera!

Great central location in a lovely old townPosted Jul 22, 2013
Thoughtful 'modern' conversion of a delightful old building. The cantina along the lane is beautiful - a work of art.

A suitable stop over in the Sardinian mountainsPosted Sep 26, 2012 on Hotels
The view s from the balconies and the pool area are grand. The village nearby has nothing to offer and not worth a stop. The swimming pool and surrounds are pleasant . The bar and dining room are a bit dismal and the staff though helpful are rather amateurish . Food was reasonable but not exciting

Sardinia's secretPosted Aug 4, 2009 on Hotels
Superb from start to finish. In the middle of absolutely nowhere, so a very quiet and relaxing place. Great mountain views, long drives, superb food in the restaurant and great service all round.
