Excellent stay. Hôtel apart is funky. Although a little dated. Need usb points for charging! But would stay great price great location. Fabulous staff. Brilliant facilities close but. Dinner or shopping.

Overall one of the strangest property i stayed at. Advertised as in Arcachon but it is quite far and right by a commercial center. It is in between staying on a motorway and a commercial center. The swimming pool is outside on the street and right next to the supermarket which is very odd. It remains decent value for money if you just need a stopover. However clearly it is NOT 4* standard

Expedia told us we had three beds, we had one double. As we thought we had 3 beds we asked the hotel for a fourth bed for a child, four days before we got there and they said fine all ok, just confirm the 4th bed for child on arrival. The hotel had no note of this when we got there and after half an hour of discussion gave us two extra childrens beds which was better than nothing ! All a bit stressful.

Room conditions and hotel facilities are up to expectation. Close proximity to the mall (E. Leclerc) was a plus!

Hotel stay near Arcachon
We wanted to visit the Basin of Arcachon. The location of the hotel was not as convenient as we hoped as it was not super close to town but overall we liked it very much as it was also easy to get to the freeway.

The overall experience was fine. The location is not bad if you drive as there are many restaurants within 10min drive. The hotel staff were polite and smiley, i enjoyed my stay.

Very disappointing!
Very disappointed with location, given the name of the hotel I was not expecting it to be located in the centre of a commercial zone overlooking a main road and next to a water treatment plant. Due to the timing of our arrival we decided to eat in the restaurant, big mistake. Extremely expensive, food not very nice and half a bottle of Rose costing 29euros.

Fun place to stay
Very cool place to stay. We rented bikes from them, which was great. Didn't use the spa facilities because I was with my kids...who LOVED the decor.

Industrial Estate Luxury
You will need a car to reach this hotel, preferably with GPS. Located in an industrial estate, GPS warns it is located on an unpaved road. While the hotel is sold as "Arcachon", the town is six Kilometres away. It's a new hotel with an interesting funky design. Main problem is the quality of service. Breakfast is a shambles - a carelessly-thrown-together cold buffet that restocked haphazardly by disinterested staff. Warm milk with sub-standard cornflakes for 12 euros per person is not good value. Access to the indoor pool/sauna/steam room costs 26 euros per person - an additional cost that is not clear at time of booking. Bedrooms are comfortable though few are decorated in restful colors. No doubt, some will like predominantly green and pink decor. Building work on a large site adjacent to the hotel caused little disturbance. KD.

Client très fidèle de l´établissement depuis plus de 8 ans le changement de propriétaire l hôtel a peu ou pas investis plus de service restauration , plus de salle de fitness …. Les chambres se dégradent ( ex 103 la moquette est tachée et la couleur a fanée) les assises des fauteuils sont usées voir déchirées dans de nombreuses chambres !!!
