Beautiful location, hotel has issues.

Absolutely stunning location basically surrounded by vineyards backed by hills in the distance. Staff were all nice. There has however been a fire so the restaurant is shut for the foreseeable future and the reception is now a tiny temporary office. There is an enormous skip full of burnt wood and plastic blocking the front garden area. The room was spacious enough but smelly. Smelled like a dog had done a wee in the corner - pets are allowed here. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The pool is large and "refreshing" ie unheated. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold options, fresh croissants, good coffee, fresh fruit. Probably would return once it has been reconstructed.

Charming staff, good food, great views.

Pros: Superior rooms and a superior restaurant
Cons: A little tired, but by no means sad...
Location: Vineyards that stretch over low hills to an uncluttered horizon.
We've stayed at Hotel Panorama as part of a trip back from holiday for a few years now; the staff have always been charming and the hotel backs onto vineyards that stretch for miles - the views are both spectacular and tranquil, an ideal combination after a day playing with the traffic on the A8. The superior rooms are clean, quiet and also provide hypnotic views. Although it's true that the décor in the hotel is a little tired, this never prevents the stay being pleasant and relaxing. The high point is however the restaurant, where attentive staff and an excellent menu (and wine list, it is Burgundy of course) make for a delightful evening. Sure, you could find fault - but it would be your loss.

Hidden gem

The hotel is in the style of a motel with the "standard" rooms on the ground floor. These rooms enable you to park outside your front door, which is great. The rooms look out both front and back over vineyards. Lovely. Has a pool of decent size.

Fine for a one night stay

Location: Easy access into Beàune
Comfortable room. Hotel looks like it could use a coat of paint. We left early on our day of departure and could not find anyone in reception, in fact reception was locked up and this was at 7 a.m which we thought was unusual. We eventually found someone in the separate breakfast building to give them our key. She was unable to rouse anyone to man reception. Our room was basic but very comfortable bed and clean

Convenient for overnight family stay

Motel-style accommodation in a pleasant location a short drive from Beaune, surrounded by vineyards. Convenient for an overnight stay for our family of 4. Our room looked are a bit worn and dated - particularly the bathroom - but it was reasonably clean and comfortable. Friendly service at reception. We did not try the breakfast or pool.

clean but basic

The room was clean but basic. It had air conditioning which was nice but otherwise too basic for my interest.
