"The property was wonderful and as a guest I appreciated the key security to get into the hotel, as it is located near the train station with a lot of street traffic. The hotel however is understaffed as we sat in the bar area for a half hour with no one running it, wanted a drink, the front desk person said they'd be right over, another 20 minutes and they were still checking people in our out. So we gave up and left the hotel and had our drinks and spent our money elsewhere. If you can't staff a bar, don't offer it to your guests?"

"Great home base for exploring the Burgundy region. The hotel was spacious and welcoming. There is a beautiful garden in the back that is really special. The chef does an excellent job. The staff at every level were extremely professional. We enjoyed an informal light dinner on the patio, had drinks in the bar one evening, breakfast in the dining room, and had dinner at the restaurant. Everything was superb and the service was exceptional. The freshness and quality of the meals was worth remarking on."
