Great location but Cottesloe is being rebuilt so looking tired. Sea & walking great. The hotel is apparently being renovated in 2024/5 the bedding was old we needed fresh crisp bedding as soon as we arrived.

The property itself is rundown and needs some money spent on it, but the room was nice overall and an awesome ocean view. I wish I'd been informed before booking that the sunday session would be pumping loud music into our room until 10pm, as I was staying with my 4 year old.
