“Great example of customer service.”

My mom, sister, grandmother and I were attending the Women of Faith Conference in Omaha, NE. The staff at the Hampton responded, wtih out hesitation to our every request. We couldn't have asked for better service. We especially loved the shuttle service to the Qwest Center. The drivers were courteous and friendly. The breakfast was what you'd expect from a complimentary buffet. Although we did not enter the casino, the buffet in the casino was very good, although a little pricey. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Even with the flooding the hotel was clean.

“Great Stay on Road Trip”

We were traveling from Denver to WI for Christmas with our 3 kids (13, 12, 10), and made this our 1/2 way stop. Easy jaunt off of I80, however tucked back off of the hwy so good to have Nav or have it mapped out ahead of time. Right next to the casino but not attached so noise and smoke not a problem. Also right next to the Holiday Inn Express and they look like they were built at the same time by the same firm. We got in at 11pm and they kept the pool open for us so the kids could swim which was nice. By the time we got back to the room the roll away had been delivered and set up (beds were nice and comfy). The next morning my wife and I worked out in the gym while the kids swam (it was great bc the workout room had a large window to the pool area so we could supervise and workout at the same time). The workout room itself was impressive for a hotel with a full array of dumbells, an adjustable bench, two treadmills, a recumbent bike and an eliptical, and flat screen tv of course. No universal, but I thought the dumbells sufficed. The Breakfast was simple but well done with cereal, yogurt, eggs, biscuts and gravy, waffles, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee (attendent was on it!). Overall very impressed with the quality of this hotel and think it should be considered a 3 star property rather than 2.5.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It felt very upscale at a very reasonable price. The free breakfast was wonderful, rooms were very nice. After this stay I would defintely stay at other Hampton Inn's across the country. A+

“Underrated, WORTH every dollar!!!”

This hotel was great, very good location. Next to casinos and easy highway access. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you downtown or to the old market. Take the shuttle! Breakfast was great. All in all it was a very nice stay.

“Very Convenient”

The location was excellent. It's connected indoors with the casino, but yet it is quite distinct from the casino. The bed was firm, the room clean, the staff helpful. They have a public computer in lobby (but it needs cleaning). I will stay there again when in Omaha/Council Bluffs area. Free shuttle to airport.

“Council Bluffs Best Hotel”

The hotel was easy to get to and the desk staff was more then friendly. Judy helped me got to a big party in Omaha NE by going over step by step the directions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I liked how the hotels were connected so that you didn't need to go outside to get to the casino. The room was outstanding, large, comfortable and relaxing. Didn't hear any noise from halls or other rooms.
