Bad bed

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Bed was terrible. Had wakeup call for 5AM but phone never rang. Front desk clerk said he tried to call 4 times and then stopped trying. Good thing I had another alarm or I would have missed my flight. I will not stay at yhis hotal again.

Convenient to Eppley Airfield

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: location and price
Cons: Hotel was a little noisy so it was hard to sleep.
We had easy access to Eppley Airfield and found the early breakfast offering convenient to make our early flight.

Last nite in Omaha....

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Everything was great except the jacuzzi was closed.
Cons: Post the hours to the pool/jacuzzi online so that we would have known when we needed to arrive to enjoy those features of the hotel.
Everything was great except that we were not able to use the jacuzzi because it was too late!!?? One of the reasons I booked the hotel was to sit in the jacuzzi after moving out of the apartment.

Box spring was a bit noisy/squeaky. Curtain had a rip in it. Overall good hotel that I would stay in again!

The absolute worst hotel stay ever.

The manager blamed his employees for everything from no phone in my room to no towels present 5 out of 6 swims. Basic safety precautions not observed. Asked to not have room cleaned, as I had sensitive documents in the room. It was cleaned, he explained that I don't have a choice, rooms have to cleaned every 3 days, in case there is a dead body (!?). Told me to call fraud bureau to cover any info. The cleaner may have stolen! This guy knows nothing about "best practices" or hospitality. Not safe, just bad and scary.

Nice hotel close to downtown Omaha.

Posted Jul 23, 2014
My family and I arrived in town a couple hours before check-in time. Exhausted from our drive and ready to see the downtown area and have lunch the front desk allowed us to check in early. This was awesome. It saved us from having to make the trip back to our hotel from downtown. We were able to drop our luggage off at our room and enjoy site seeing without the burden of returning to the hotel to check-in. The room was very clean and was very relaxing. The hotel staff was excellent and very nice and the breakfast was enough to get us started for our visit to the zoo. The only issues were due to the location of the hotel (adjacent to the airport) it is next door to a gentleman's club. This proved to not be a problem, though. We were there on a Saturday night and didn't even know this club was there until we drove by it the next morning. The view out side the window were not the best even though you can see the city of Omaha in the distance. There are no restaurants around the immediate area but this wasn't a problem because we were there to hangout downtown anyway. All in all this was a good place to stay for the price and the proximity (5 minute drive) to downtown Omaha. The money we saved by not staying at a more expensive downtown hotel paid for a nice dinner in the Old Market District.
