“Very Impressed”

This is a great hotel with a reasonable price. The room was very nice, and very clean. We were very happy with the room. The pool was heated but could have been a little bit warmer, but a nice escape from winter. The hotel had a VERY good free breakfast. Complete with biscuits & gravy, belgian waffles, cereals, sweet rolls, yogurt, fruit etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again when in the Omaha area.

“Great Price - Great Hotel”

We felt important and welcome from the moment we checked in. We booked a suite, which was priced less than most regular rooms at other hotels in Omaha/Council Bluffs. The room was fantastic and we had a wonderful time! Great breakfast too! I would highly recommend this hotel and the suites in particular to anyone looking to spend any time in Omaha or at the Casinos in Council Bluffs.

“Fantastic Stay”

Stayed 3 nights. Fantastic motel. Single room wasn't big but comfy, and and very clean. Staff was more than willing to assist with any need we had from linens to directions. Very close to Omaha and had no trouble finding our other destinations. Breakfast was great. Very neat and accommodating. Will stay again!

“Nice new hotel with fast service”

Hotel is nice and new. Price I paid with Expedia could not be matched by the hotel when I called to make reservations so booked thru Expedia. Next to Movies and great places to eat. We did not have the breakfast due to early flight so no comment on that. Super fast service with only one lady working. Asked for pillows, got them in 5 minutes!!

I took my husband to Council Bluffs to visit family for the first time and was worried about making a good first impression. He was pleasantly surprised and we hand a wonderful time. Thanks.

“Great Surprise”

The Microtel inn was very close to the casinos in Council Bluffs. Pretty easy access to I-80. (There is a funky left turn out of the hotel parking lot that requires a U-turn). The breakfast is fine but both mornings we ate, the hostess (different people each day) did not keep the supplies up. I was REALLY happy with how quiet the hotel was. My room happened to have a bed on the window ledge that my children loved. Note sure an adult would like to sleep there. We will be back. GREAT PRICE, PERFECT location for my needs. Get the breakfast in shape and this place would have it all!! THanks

“Great Hotel”

Arrived at the hotel after driving 13 hours. Very friendly at the desk and speedy check in. Room was very cozy and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and I will definitely stay here again.

Front desk was very accomodating & pleasant.We arrived very early in the morning & was allowed to check in. Able to get a good rest after the train journey. Invited to have coffee & breakfast which was set up near to the reception area. Just love the availability of juice, coffee & hot wated round the clock! The same night front desk person was most caring. She went off to get muffin for my husband and gave me a cup of yoghurt before we set off to the train staion, again very early in the morning. Very Cosy & is a good hotel for family stay.
