“Friendly and clean”
Very friendly staff, very clean room and halls.
“We will use this Motel again and again!!”
Friendly staff, great rooms, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating of our needs. Scuttle service to the airport was a life saver for us, and once again, from the manager to the shuttle driver, all very professional. I would give this experience an A++
“Quality Inn Council Bluffs”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
“More than what you pay for”
Great price, great location (really close to casinos), offered shuttle ride to the casino, very kind, comfortable, clean, you get a lot more than you pay for!
“Nice stay only one issue.”
They gave us the wrong room number. So our key didn't work. It was a trainee to made the mistake.

“Great Hotel To Stay At”
The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood & was very easy for me & my fiance to find. we were very satisfied with the service, their hot breakfast, pool, etc. we will be definitely staying there the next time we go down to council bluffs.
“weekend getaway thumbs up”
It was a nice weekend getaway and would go again! The pool was fun and the breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great weekend.
“I'd Stay Here Again”
We stayed here just because we had an early flight and wanted to avoid the 1-hr drive from Lincoln to Omaha early in the morning. It met our needs in that it was cheap, clean, nice staff and convenient to restaurants and the airport. Perfect for us. I would stay here again.
“Family style pampering at a budget price”
I stayed at this hotel for the Berkshire meeting in 2012. Most importantly, the hotel is a five to ten minute drive from Old Market and the Convention Center, so it is an excellent bargain. You could walk there in an hour. It is equally close to Omaha airport. It's also a very safe location (if you're a woman), if you look up the stats. The hotel is great for a budget hotel. Most of all, what made it feel like home was the warmth of the staff who I met and who ferried me around downtown Omaha in the hotel's van. I got limitless free rides, pretty much at all hours - with a warm, personal touch that was better than what I've experienced at Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton. I got to know the entrepreneurial owner, Ajay Makwana, and his managers. It felt like staying at a friend's home. While the amenities are typical of a budget hotel, the execution was winning. Free, high quality, high speed internet. (Ajay used to be a network engineer.) Safety cameras all over the hotel - that made me feel extra safe. A 24 hour convenience store right across the road. A heated swimming pool with lots of sun. The only thing missing is an exercise room but that will be installed this summer, according to Ajay. He really cares about excellence and taking his business to the next level - and I hope you consider staying with him. I'm definitely staying there my next visit to Omaha for the Berkshire meeting.
