It was ok for staying, the price was more than Epedia quoted and they don't offer daily service. It's more like a mini studio for the long term traveler than anything else.

I didn't realize this had a minimum stay of 7 days

Pros: The only advantage for this hotel was that it was near the Omaha Zoo.
Cons: The best improvement would be a better description of the what the hotel has to offer.
This is the first time that I stayed in a hotel that was a minimum stay hotel. I will not stay here again. This hotel is what it is, cheap and plain for those that are in a business that carries them to different places in the country. From the description on the internet I assumed that when it said they had kitchen facilities they included dishes, silverware and pans. No such luck. I had stayed in one such hotel a few years ago and they even had a maid that come in and did the dishes. They didn't even change the towels. Found out later that we had to do that ourselves. When we went to check out there wasn't anyone at the front desk as the front desk was closed on Sunday. Was advised to leave the key in the room and just leave. Never heard of such a thing.

Bargain priced lodging for extended stays

Posted Aug 9, 2012
Pros: Price
Cons: Inability to obtain information from management
Location: Convenient to freeway and convention center
This is a "bare bones" lodging. Room contained 2 queen beds and a small kitchen. Bed linens, two bath towels and washclothes, a small bar of soap, and 2 disposable plastic drinking glasses we we provided. Rates are weekly. Housekeeping services are not provided for guests staying only one week. The desk is only attended during the day during the week. The room was clean. Parking was adequate. Bring your own dishes and cookware, or expect to pay extra for things not listed above.

Good hotel for single person, or family

Posted Jul 30, 2012
Pros: Nice location. Not too far from the main strip and 2 casinos.
Cons: Cleaning crew only showed up once in the week I was there.
Location: The main strip through town isn't too far from the hotel, you have 2 casinos close by, and Omaha isn't more than a 10 minute drive.
The hotel room was nice and clean. A full size refrigerator and freezer and microwave was great to have. I loved being able to heat up any leftovers, and it allowed me to have a bigger selection of food to peruse at the super market.

Walls are paper thin, I could hear the TV next door all night.
