“Great for casino trips! I'll definitely be going back”

It was very clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the casinos. We had a great breakfast of biscuits and gravy, omelets, cereal, and danishes. It was way better than spending a ton of money to stay right at a casino when you're hardly in the room anyway.

An affordable room with very courteous and accomodating staff. Clean and neat, nothing fancy but everything you need. I will return for another stay!

“A true delight!”

As many others have reviewed, this hotel was certainly a diamond in the ruff! We found this hotel on Expedia via our smart phone and they were ready for us when we arrived 30 minutes later. The personnel were kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was remarkably clean and to our delight, the entire hotel is smoke-free. The breakfast was warm and tasty! Overall this was a great hotel and we'd readily stay again. Definitely worth the price!!

“Be back soon!”

My family and I got lost when we first got to town and I called the Inn to ask for directions and the front desk clerk was SO polite and VERY helpful! Once we arrived the service was GR8!! We stayed 2 nights and when housekeeping made up our room it was spectacular! We are soooooooo pleased with our stay that we will faithfully return on our next trip which will be in a couple months. Thank you sooo much for your kindness and hospitality to my family and I!!!

“Not to bore you with dull superlatives, but . . .”

. . . this hotel was our favorite of all the ones we've visited together. The rooms are large. With room dividers, the space could easily accommodate a "suite" such as those offered elsewhere. The breakfast is excellent, with oatmeal and other variations on the usual drab "continental" fair. Coffee, OJ and lemonade are available all day. If you are hungry for a full blown breakfast, Village Inn is right across the street. The excellent staff is very attentive to room cleaning and similar details, but also very proactive helping guests find solutions to dry cleaning and other challenges. They are role models for "going the extra mile." The location is highly convenient -- 10 minutes from downtown Omaha, 5 minutes from Rosenblatt (CWS!) Stadium and just down the road from CB's Mall of The Bluffs. The one computer near the front desk had reasonably fast connection speed. I had no trouble checking my e-mail. As an extra bonus, printing was completely free - great for mapquests and important e-mails from work. I almost hesitate to share all this info, since good hotels are as precious and vulnerable as good fishing locations. (Smart CWS annual CWS visitors book their reservations a year in advance!) Nevertheless, these folks deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

When I first drove up to the hotel I was a little dubious of my choice. However, it turned into a rather pleasant stay. The hotel is very well kept, the room was very clean and everyone there was extremely friendly, courteous and willing to assist as much as they could. I would gladly stay there again.

“Set the standard for the rest of our trip....”

Stopped here on our way to CA. This hotel set the bar for the other hotels we stayed at, all others fell way short. The staff was courteous and friendly, the room clean and inviting. Felt safe at this location. Large area for the dogs. There were warm cookies on our arrival, and we just missed the hot dog bar!! The breakfast was more than you would ever expect, and they were quick to replenish and clean up the area. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

“definitly will return”

was very impressed with price which also included the indoor pool. The bath tub was larger then usual and very clean. had a seperate sink so your company did not need to bother the restroom. the pool was slightly heated and could have been warmer but was a nice time, with pool side restroom as well!! they had a nice breakfast with biscuits and gravy. the free access computer in lobby was a nice touch as well!!!
