“Nice place to stay”
This hotel is pretty standard-issue, but the staff makes a special effort to be friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is pretty good. I'd recommend it highly.
“Went down hill in 2 years.”
Two years ago we stayed here. The hotel was pristine. I stay with the Marriott family because you are guarenteed quality. This visit was not at all like our previous. The bathroom had pink mold growing in the shower grout. The beds were very lumpy. Because I was annoyed I had to rehang the curtain that wasn't hanging in the window when we checked in. My husband and I went to the weight room. 1 out of 2 treadmills was broken. After working out we went to the pool. No towels. The chlorine was so intense I had an asthma attack. This has never happened before with a hotel. I thought it was me but my husband even commented on the smell. The crown molding was missing in numerous places in the pool area. One out of two elevators was broken. The tile in the elevator needed the grout cleaned and tiles replaced. Our breakfast didn't offer much. No fresh fruit. The second day breakfast was broke down before the posted time. I feel like the hotel switched ownership and needs to be re-evaluated for affliation. On the plus side the staff was fantastic! Especially the front desk agent Cindy. Very personable. The staff makes up for the shortage of the hotel. I just don't think I would stay here again because it was on the dumpy side. Being in the tourism industry I refer alot of people to the Marriott chains. This was a disappointment.
“Very satisfied with the Fairfield Inn Coventry”
Very pleased with the hotel. Good breakfast and large, clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Location is great as it is close to many restaurants and stores like Walmart and BJ's.
“Excellent hotel in Rhode Island”
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The check in/out process could not have been any easier since everything was done via Expedia. We stayed at the same hotel for 10 nights and would stay there again because of the location and because of the staff.,,especially when we arrived in the middle of the night. They were ready for us!
“Nice rooms, cold pool”
Although I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the room, I was disappointed (as were my 2 kids)in the cold pool and pool area. I don't know if it was a cost cutting measure, but the water was freezing, and the air in the pool area was just as cold.

Nice hotel in ok location. Distance to providence was about 15 min which was somewhat inconvenient, but we were away from all the commotion of the city. I booked at this hotel solely for the pool and hot tub.....They were both "under routine maintainance" durring my entire stay......How convenient!
