Terrible hotel!!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Might as well tear it down
No wifi as stated, tub was dirty and they charged us for our room and someone else's. They are refusing to take care of the refund today and would not let me speak to a manager!!! I cannot get the refund taken care of without speaking to a manager! They have stolen 142 from us and act like it's no big deal!

The hotel had not been vacuumed and the carpet felt like it when you walked with bare feet. The bathroom smelled of urine. It did have hot showers, flat screen TV, breakfast (at another hotel up the street) and free WiFi.

Lady at front desk was very nice, lots of room for are dog to exercise, and the bed was very comfortable, I would recommend this place if you had pets, or just wanted to save some money. good value.

Not worth the price!!

We ended up at the Best Value Inn because of an event in the area which had most hotels already booked. I think they jacked the price up because of that. Wayyyy overpriced! Very old outdated motel. Rooms were as clean as could be expected for as old as the rooms looked, however there was a terrible musty odor. We sprayed deodorizer every day and that helped. Towels were so thin and small we ended up buying towels at Wal-Mart. Maid service was very spotty and not very thorough. They came to the room at 7PM one night and apologized for "being behind". We asked them to empty the trash and give us toilet paper. They didn't even have toilet paper on the maid's cart - had to come back about 30 minutes later with the paper! Lighting is very dim. Blinds covering front window were broken and fell off the rod if you tried to open or close them. Bathroom door would hardly latch. The coffee pot had old moldy coffee grounds and dried coffee in the pot. They never did clean that the whole week we were there!!! Front desk is not manned 24 hours/day so no one was there when we tried to check out at 6:30 AM. Would NOT recommend this motel to anyone.

Best value for your money in the area.

Pros: The cost of the room and the free breakfast.
Cons: Brighten the lighting in the rooms and air out rooms before guests arrive to prevent a musty smell.
Location: The motel is just off the interstate, so it is easy to get on and off. There also several restaurants close by as well as a small strip shopping mall.
My overall experience was good. The most negative comment is that the room smelled musty. There was no indication of mold or wet areas on the walls, carpet, or ceiling, but I bought a room air freshener to mask the odor. The next day, the smell was almost gone. There was no mini refrigerator, microwave, or iron/ironing board. The lighting could have been brighter. There was an adequate number of lamps/lights, but the wattage was low. The room was clean and the motel was quiet. A free breakfast was at a Best Western just a block or two from America's Best Value Inn. On the weekend, there was an all you can eat buffet that was quite good. On weekdays, you probably order from the menu. Reading on a sign in the lobby of the Best Western, their amenities matched America's Best Value Inn, but their room rate is about $30 more. There was a virtual check-in computer in the lobby of the Inn that was confusing. Fortunately, there was a staff member at the desk.

Very comfortable and accommodating. We had 3 kids and two adults. Everyone had a bed and it was very comfortable.

Pros: Convenient to pull up to the door.
Cons: Bathroom was average
Location: Just off the interstate.
I don't usually stay in motels. It was fine for the price. Pretty clean. New carpet. Looked better on the inside than the outside. Gave coupon to have full breakfast at hotel up the hill.
