“Same quality as higher priced Hotels”

I was very pleased and surprised at the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. Not only did it looked clean but smelled clean as well.

“Vacation trip!”

The only downfall to my experience was a small check-in credit card mishap but it was quickly resolved. Hotel staff was extremely friendly & helpful. When I book the hotel, on very short notice, unfortunately the only rooms left available were smoking. So, there was a slight smell of smoke within the room but it wasn't overpowering. Once, myself, my husband, and two children, were checked-in and settled we realized we had packed everything but our toothbrushes. Thankfully, this hotel provided complimentary toiletries. The beds were clean and comfortable and If I ever plan on taking another trip to that area I would defiantly stay at this Best-Western again!

“Not impressed!”

We would have preferred a non-smoking room, as requested. The room we were allocated had a very unpleasant "smoking" odor and ash trays were provided - why? Waffles were included as part of the breakfast; syrup had been dropped on the floor and not cleaned up, and so the floor was extremely sticky.

“Won't go back”

Pictures shown online give a better than deserved look at the hotel. Breakfast area is very small as is the workout area. The pool is behind the actual building. The only way to get to it is to go out either end door and walk around to the back. There is no back entrance to come in. I felt it was unsafe for even teenagers to go to by themselves. I would not have felt safe being out there by myself. Hotel is older. Rooms were fairly clean....beds were acceptable with "new style" linens. Bathrooms had an old feel to them....a few hairs on the floor.
