I would go again to this hotel... Although the distance to downtown and other food eatery is not good, it's still bang for buck

Pros: pool, 2 room suites good for family of 5.
Cons: everything...see above comments
Location: Creation Museum is really good.
Booked 3 nights. Room was very dirty--many large stains on carpets, furniture, and bed cover, beds all frumped up, not well made up, mattress very old and uncomfortable, furniture falling apart and not maintained with knobs almost falling off, drawers not functioning well, pull out bed in poor condition, wall was poorly repainted, only in sections like in government housing project, breakfast was often missing items and not well stocked even after bringing this to staff attention. Pool was not stocked with towels...had to go out and ask. Cleaning staff lacked professionalism and service manager lacked knowledge of how to handle the various issues without help from hotel manager

Nice hotel close to airport

Location: Near airport.
Staff very nice and accomodating. Provided shuttle to area mall even though they normally don't. Great breakfast

Very friendly place

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean room. Convenience of location.
Cons: We did not get our beds made every day and floors vacuumed.
Location: Near airport. All kinds of places to eat and get food delivered.
The staff went out of their way to make sure every thing was the way it should be. Everyone was very friendly. What ever we needed they took care of. The room was simple but very clean. We had a great visit!

Pros: Proximity to airport, nice staff
Cons: Fan/AC was noisier than usual. Clicking/ticking noise was loud enough to disrupt sleep.
An ok experience with the exception of the air system (cooling, fan) described below.

Nice hotel not far from Downtown Cincinnati

Cons: Better housekeeping
Location: Cincinnati Zoo, lots of good places to eat. Lots of tours to do in Cincinnati
This hotel was worth the price I paid. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, the amenities were great. Only thing I would complain about would be the half fast job housekeeping did on remaking the bed the second day we stayed.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had

I have stayed at Country Inns before and have always had an excellent experience which is why I chose to book here. First off, the toilet was plugged and discharged a flood all over the floor. The staff promptly unplugged the toilet and left the huge water mess for us to clean up with nothing to do it with other than our bath towels. Next, in the morning to have a shower and no water to the shower???? Went to the front desk and the first gentleman was going to make us wait until the maintainance man came in in the afternoon. Luckily the other person working at the desk switched us to a new room as we were staying two nights. Both rooms the shower heads were dirty If it wasn't for the great breakfast this stay would be a bust.

Nice location

This hotel is in a quiet location. It's location is near the Creation Museum which was the main reason we went to this area. I would recommend this place.
