“Better than expected!”

I waited until last minute to book a room for a Steelers, Bengals football game. This was the only hotel in the area with any vacancy. I was very hesitant to book here after reading some terrible reviews, but I booked it anyway since it was my only choice. I was very pleasently surprised when we arrived at our room. Yes, the decor is outdated, but it was a nice change from the usual corporate chains. Our room was clean and comfortable. The place is definately set up like a maze. It is easy to get lost. My husband and I made the best of this if we went to the lobby, bar, or pool we would separate and see who could find our way back first. Anyway, given that I went in with very low expectations of this hotel, I was pleasently surprised.

“older but very wel maintained”

hotel has a very nice old world charm. It is obviously a well built & maintained faciltiy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the area. Lots of great restaurants, shopping around. It is also very convenient to the interstate.

“OKAY FOR THE PRICE”

This hotel was very outdated. My daughter and I were there for a overnight getaway. The air conditioning system was down in the hotel except in our room. The bar, lobby, restaurant, indoor pool etc was very uncomfortable. I realize "stuff happens" but staff was just as uncomfortable as the patrons. Hope they get their cooling system worked out.

“Fine for event stay”

Stayed three nights while there for a dance event. Although showing some wear, found the room clean and comfortable. Confusing layout of rooms; felt like a maze walking from one area to another.
