Nice hotel to get together with familyPosted Oct 28, 2013
Cons: I liked everything that was in the room but we were with family and there was only 1 chair and a small table would have been nice.
We met our children halfway between our home and theirs in Tennesee. It was very comfortable and the breakfast had nice variety.

Excellent service BUT will not stay againPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was not very please with the actual hotel itself. The front desk service was great. We had a maintenance issue but there was no maintenance staff scheduled so we were promptly given another room. The lighting in both room's bathroom was inadequate. More lighting is needed in over the tub/shower. Also there was mold in the corners of the shower wall. The elevators had a foul smell & the door to the back entrance would get stuck open which was a safety concern.

Supportive StaffPosted Aug 1, 2013
Pros: The staff was very helpful.
Location: We used this hotel the night before going to the Creation Museum. It was ideally located.
The staff did a wonderful job in making our experience wonderful. My wife was not feeling well at breakfast. The hotel staff quickly noticed this, helped her out by getting her some Tylenol. The staff then helped with our kids.

Clean, comfortable room, but priceyPosted Jul 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
I switched my reservation to Hampton Inn -Florence from an economy hotel up the street, which was filthy. I was traveling with my daughter's and one of their friends. These children thought they were in total luxury once we got to Hampton Inn. They raved about the soft beds and pillows. I slept very well! This hotel was clean other than some small areas of mold in the shower corners. It cost about twice as much as the budget hotel, but it was worth it for the clean room, comfortably soft yet supportive beds and pillows, convenience, security, and the overwhelmingly polite breakfast staff. I will absolutely stay here again when in the area.

Too noisy!Posted Jun 3, 2013
Pros: The helpfulness of the front desk. We stopped and asked for a good Mexican restaurant and they guided us in the right direction.
Cons: Too noisy!
Location: Location was good.
Our room was located near the stairwell. Everytime someone opened the door, it slammed shut and our door would rattle. We heard that all night long. Also, the walls were paper thin. We could hear "everything" that was going on in the room next to us. Needless to say, we didn't get much rest.

Better than the Hilton!Posted Apr 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very nice rooms. Had friends at the Hilton next door and my room was better. Went for a conference so the location doesn't matter but the room was great.
