“Great Location”

Stayed here on 12/31/2011 and checked out on 1/1/2012 Went to Newport,KY_Newport Landing for New Years Eve Cruise on the Belle of Cincinnati. Easy getting from Covington Ky to NewPort Landing and Back (~10mins)

Other than not having enough silverware for the buffet, very good experience.

You can get to anywhere downtown and Newport very easy. People at check-in were very nice and helped us with everything and information we needed. Breakfast needs help go somewhere else.

Lots of action right across from downtown Cincinatti and convenient walking distance from both football and baseball stadium on walking bridge across the Ohio River

“Cincy PPK”

Very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the rooms were very clean. Looks like it had just been remodeled and we were very happy with our stay. We will stay there agai next year if rooms are available!

“Very pleased”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is very close and convenient to the Mainstrasse area of Covington and a short walk to many restaurants, shops and bars. I have stayed here previously and have always been treated well and with courtesy by the staff. The hotel has always appeared clean, up to date and well cared.

“On the river”

Excellent hotel- but lacked breakfast and was way too overpriced due to the Flying Pig marathon. Staff was wonderful and room was very clean.

“great option for downtown cinci area”

Stayed here to go to a Reds game. Shuttle to the ball park only cost $1 per person, very convenient. Free parking was also very appreciated. Nice hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, courteous staff. Would recommend this hotel when staying in the downtown Cinci area.

“We'll be back!”

After 4 nights, we still felt very good about this experience. The staff was competent, friendly and welcoming at all times of the day and night. The bed was so comfortable! Linens were soft and luxurious. For us, the location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed, and close to the freeways if we wanted to drive into Cincinnati. Although the train trestle is right there, our room was quiet. Other guests were quiet. Nice to be near the river! PS The "4" rating above is only because the vending machine wasn't working, but that was the least of our worries. One other thing: the room service menu indicates that room service is available until "12:00 p.m. Actually, there is no room service after 10:00 p.m.
