“Should offer breakfast as part of the deal”

I have paid the same amount for other Holiday Inn Express and a great breakfast was included. I was very disappointed that big prices were required in the restaurant which appeared to be very under utilized. the lounge was not something i was interested in either. Why couldn't breakfast be included? I will not stay there again even though my daughter lives nearby because I want a hotel that includes breakfast. It was very quiet and great service at the desk, very clean and comfortable Well insulated. never heard overhead jets from the Cincinnati Northern KY airport.

“Great Location”

Great location only 20 minutes with construction from downtown Cincinnati conventient to highway and lots of resturants withing walking distance, mall at next exit.

“I was very impressed and I would stay here again.”

The room's where had a lot of space and was clean and the beds where very comfortable, and when you have drove along ways that means alot. The service was great too. Everyone there was very pleasant. I would diffently go back there.

“Clean, comfortable and convenient”

I was geniunely suprised to find how nicely decorated the hotel rooms were. Walking into our room was like walking into a room at a five star Marriott or Double Tree. Very clean and comfortable.

“Great!”

Aside from a slight problem with key cards which was corrected immediately, our stay was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good night sleep after being on the road all day. Also, the food in their restaurant was excellent.

“Flat-Line Florence”

We were attending a cheer competition in Cincinnatti the same weekend as a home college football game and a home NFL game, so we had to stay a little further away than I normally prefer. The restaurants that are close by are not great quality. Staff was friendly, except I felt rushed during check in. My bed was very uncomfortable and it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.
