We stayed here for the firefighters convention, nice hotel, nothing to fancy, fit our budget, shuttle to the duke energy center was vary nice. Big Thanks to Maddison and sullivan A.K.A. "SULLY"..

Dated and stained, too much $ for the stay.

Was in for Reds weekend. The hotel is unique for the area but pretty old. Our particular room had a strong "perfume" smell. The room was in pretty good shape except for the carpet. It was stained in numerous spots and looked dirty, even had some reddish colored stains. Ice machine was out on 15th fl had to go to 13th. AC worked but the temp wasn't accurate. There was one small trash can in room. Overall a C but considering nearly $200 it gets a D.

I am very sorry you had some problems with your stay. We do clean the carpets quarterly but they are in need of replacement. We have actually just started a multi-million dollar renovation, that will see the rooms get totally redone, as well as much of the public area. The ice machine was working properly it was just out of ice from guest use and I do apologize for the inconvenience. Our renovation will be complete before you know it and we hope you'll come back and try us again.

Had a great stay overall but our room was right next to the highway so we heard the traffic all night. Also would recommend vending machines or a free breakfast. Not very one can afford a $4.00 juices. But other than that we had a blast.

Close to the Great American Ball Park

Pros: The convenience of transportation to and from Ball park. Clean hotel actually top notch.
Cons: You need larger waste cans especially if eating and drinking in room. We tried not to be messy but one small can really does not get it.
Location: See the above. You do have the convenience of Newport aquarium and the ball park which I am sure a lot of people come to your hotel for.
We had a great time at the Ballgame but were unable to do much at the hotel because we got back late. Next time we hope to enjoy the swimming pool and maybe a good meal at the restaurant.

Going to the reds!

It was nice having the convenience of the hotel having a shuttle to the reds game. Nice revolving restaurant upstairs.

Very loud hotel - right off freeway, loud guests

Pros: Price
Staff were friendly and quick. Room was clean and reasonably updated. But the bed was very firm and the room was so noisy the hotel has ear plugs by the bed. Convenient access to downtown Cincinnati, but the area is not particularly nice. Even the lovely waterfront is difficult to access.

Cons: Scrape and rebuild the place
Location: Great restaurants nearby
Arrived late and our room wasn't cleaned Slept in clothes as we didn't want to get under the covers shower was small I would never stay here again

I am very sorry you did not enjoy your experience at our hotel. I am very sorry about the internet, we dd just update to 50mb, we will continue to look for ways to improve that service. I hope you reported the toilet problem so future guests don't have the same problem. I can also assure you our hotel has always been a very safe place. We are just starting a multi-million dollar renovation that will greatly improve the appearance of the hotel.

Convenient location, but that was it!

Upon arrival reservations that were made and confirmed months prior had been changed by the hotel. The elevators and hallways were hot and uncomfortable. The room was unclean and smelled musty. Will not stay at Radisson again.

I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel. I am not sure what happened with your reservation but we had a glitch where some of the reservations were not coming through our system properly but it has since been fixed. I apologize for the condition of your room this experience was obviously not up to the usual Radisson standards. We are starting to undergo a large renovation that should be completed towards the end of the year. I hope you can try us again in the future.

nice hotel

In town for a class reunion, hotel was nice, pool great, close to may restaurants, attractions, only thing lots of people smoking. Just not used to it in Central Ohio. I would recommend it !!!

Lack of amenities

Cons: More amenities; maps of local attractions
Location: I don't know. The track rack in lobby had brochures from all over the state.
There is no in room refrigerator or microwave. There is no free breakfast with hotel stay. If booking through a 3rd party, there is no refund for early departure

I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel. We are starting a major renovation and we will be putting refrigerators and microwaves in all the rooms. It is fairly common to not have breakfast included in full service hotels. I hope you will give us another try in the future.
