The hott tub wasn't hott at all, the continental breakfast was cereal, and the service was not accommodating.

“Nightmare on Dream Street!!!”

This hotel was by far the WORST experience I have ever had! The hotel was filthy, the hallways smelled strongly of cat and dog pee, it reeked of cigarette smoke throughtout. The "heated" pool was cold, the hot tub was just as cold, the fitness area had broken equipment. The staff had one excuse after another about why things did not work and why the room was not cleaned for several days. My family and I had to reuse towels for the shower and pool several days straight because they did not replenish being that they did not clean the room and they only had limited towels for the entire hotel. The room was dirty when we got there, there was so much scum around the bathroom faucet that a knife could not have chisled it off..no joke! I inquired about cancelling my reservations so I could stay in a different hotel but was told I could not due to me booking through a third party, Expedia! This hotel needs to be put on the list of nighmare hotels! I feel bad for anyone who stays at this Super 8 in Florence, KY on Dream St. More like nightmare on Dream Street!

TOWELS WERE STAINED, POOP ON THE WALL BY TISSUE HOLDER ,BATHROOM DOOR BROKE ,MOUSE POOP IN DRAWERS , SOMEONE ELSES HAIR ON THE BED , CIGARETTE BURNS IN THE BEDDING ,ANTS IN THE ROOM ,BEHIND BATHROOM DOOR LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE SHOT THERE WAD,,, AND KIDS RUNNING IN THE HALLS UNTIL 3 AM ..OVERALL STAY --0 .....NEVER AGAIN...

“Worst Hotel i ever stayed at”

Where do i start? i guess at the beginning. I had a ton 4 huge bags and was not asked if i wanted help with them. I get to the room and soon as i open the door i see dirty socks on the floor. walk in and it was obvious the room was never cleaned. it was a wreck. also had ash trays in the room when it was supposed to be a non smoking room. had to carry my bags back to the lobby. the bed cover in my new room had holes in it. my towels had stains on them. hot tub water was barely hot at all, the heated swimming pool was freezing cold. the towels they gave us for the pool had stains all over em. left around noon one of the days and told the guy at the desk i needed towels for my room. came back around 10pm and still no new towels. finally got some and they of course had stains on them. i asked for an extra pillow, they said i couldnt get one because they were fully booked. i could go on and on but i'm sure u get the point. stay away from this dump

“First hotel I ever walked out of (didn't spend the night)”

I was shocked when I stepped into my queen smoking room. First, I had booked a non-smoking room and was not expecting to be told I had to have a smoking room. There were no toiletries in the room (not even a bar of soap!). The linens had cigarette burns in them. This was the first official hotel "dump" I ever stayed at. I decided to move down the street and stay at the Quality Inn and Suites and that hotel was quite nice and not much more money.

The room was extremely dirty. The towels had brown stains on them. There was no boxspring skirting, and there were multiple stains on the box spring. The dirty air conditioning filter was laying on the floor. There were cigarette butts left in the room. The pool was tiny, the picture on expedia is very deceiving. All in all, I would not recommend anyone ever stay at this hotel.

“Worst Hotel”

The room was dirty the beds were old and uncomfortable. The room smells like a smoking room. The bathroom was dirty. The tub did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. I will never go back to this hotel.

“Would never go again!”

They advertized free WIFI; could not get on. Bath door would not close, and toilet would run every 2 mins all the time. We had a 3 nite stay already booked so we told them each morn about the bath, but to no avail. The service personel were very nice, but still no help.

“Smelled like cat pee, dirty and disgusting”

The room smelled like cat pee -- I noticed that guests could bring pets. Food was still on one of the beds. No toilet paper or coffee/supplies. Dusty. Something had been splattered on the bathroom wall and entry and not cleaned well. Clock didn't work. A light was broken. A/C didn't work. I didn't sleep under the covers or unpack my clothes out of fear of bed bugs. Had to knock on a door and yell for five minutes to wake up the checkout gal.

This place is just plain nasty. Do not take your family there. I am sorry I chose it.
