“The price is right”

I felt the hotel was very acceptable for the price I paid. Could easily have paid two or three times the rate for a very comparable room.

Area recommendations

Had a Waffle House right accross the street. WHat more could you ask for!

“Decent hotel worth the price”

Extremely friendly staff and decent price and great location. The city of Florence was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave and comfortable beds. The only dissapointment I had was the channel selection on the television. The hotel manager said the hotel was under new management and they were working on updating everything. The location is right off the highway and was less than 25 minutes to Kentucky Speedway which was a reason we stayed there. I would definately book with this hotel again, not many complaints from me.

Area recommendations

Went to Shakey's Pub and Grub which had excellent food, great service, and wonderful local residents who were very welcoming. Great experience!

“You get what you pay for hotel:(”

It looked ok from the outside, but the rooms were moldie, smokie and uncleaned. Someone even used the soap in the bathroom and rapped it bac k up. You get what you pay for. So dont be cheap, pay the extra money and get a room at a well know hotel. Take my word for it.......

The area and neighorhood was great!! Just wish I would have known or seen the well known hotel that were close by on this site. I could have aviod this hotel all together.

“Great value”

It was good, there was a weird smell, definitely not strong. It was cheap great costumer service. Comfy room included everything one would need.

“Would chose another hotel”

Although we did not expect a really nice place, this hotel was very worn, dirty, and had a pronounced smoking smell throughout. Other than being close to where we needed to be, this stay was not one we would care to repeat.

“Other opitons for the price”

Extremely old and dirty. The free breakfast buffet will make you run next door to Waffle House. I will not be back.

“Convienent but eh”

I thought that the hotel was alright. It worked for our purpose, which is some sort of a cliche on this site but it really did. We went to a concert in Cinci... so that was cool to have a cheaper hotel that was close by. The continental breakfast was decent, toast, pastries, cereal.... The smoking room we got was really smoky and the reception on the tv was bad. I know that a smoking room is just that but it seemed more stinky than usual. Also, I noticed that they changed the sheets in each room when they cleaned it, and the staff was polite and helpful. It wasn't the cleanest buget hotel I have been in and there were gnats by the time we left, but for a place to hang out in the mean time and do a little drinking and relaxing it worked. Oh yeah, the tables were alll wobbly, every last one in the hotel, in our room and in the breakfast place.
