“Not impressed”

Outside appearance of the hotel was shabby. Inside not much better.

everything run down, lights not working, no microwave or fridge, cleaning every other day. does not deserve even 1 star

You get what you pay for, I understand that this is not the Taj Mahal! But there is no excuse for the way they treated us during our stay. They refused to give us a non smoking room (which we had reserved) for two days, and then when they finally moved us and the rest of our party arrived, they claimed to only have a room with a single bed, even though we had reserved a room with two beds. The person at the desk was rude and just refused to help us out, so we finally were able to speak with the manager who fixed the situation. The breakfast was horrible, they left the milk and juice out all day for two days with the melted ice in it. The rooms were okay, even the non smoking rooms smelled of smoke, but the fact that they gave us such attitude about everything will ensure that we never stay there again.
