“Good value in a 2-star hotel”

Hotel is exactly what we hope for in a two-star hotel: clean, convenient, comfortable. Though the registration lobby had a smoky smell, there was no smell of smoke in our room or in the breakfast room or in the hallway once we were a few yards from the lobby. Microwave, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, coffeemaker--all worked as they should. Location was excellent, made walking to the Newport Aquarium and other Newport attractions a snap. Walking across the bridge over the Ohio River put the Cincinnati Riverfront before us. Given its location next to one of the bridges to Cincinnati, it was quieter at night than we thought it might be, perhaps because it was early April before baseball season began.

“Would go again, great location”

Good location, situated over the river from cincinatti centre. All amenities and entertainment within a 2-3 minute walk and a 5 minute walk into cincinatti itself. Would go to this hotel and location again.

“Convenient”

Hotel was very basic but clean. Walked to the Reds game, jogged accross the bridge and through the park along the river, walked to NewPort on the levie, walked along the levy to Covington. Excellent location.

“Great location if you don't care about the little things”

Smack dab right where we wanted to be--within walking distance of the Hofbrau Haus and the Great American Ball Park. We slept like a rock, and didn't really mind the not-so-soft beds and slim pillows. But if you're looking for comfort and quality over location, then shy away.

“Close to everything fun, but reaked!”

This hotel was great for it's location and friendly staff. But the hotel smelled like old cigarettes. Reaked actually. I would stay again, but I'd bring Febreeze...

“Location,location,location!”

This small and dated motel is perfect for travelers on a budget. If you have the extra cash, opt for the city view room. The city view room is bigger and much nicer. I imagine it's due to their lack of use. Great hotel.

“Great Hidden Treasure”

The hotel was beyond what was expected. Rooms were very comfy and made you feel like you were home. Great deal just over the river!

“Id go back.”

I was nervous about what kind of hotel room Id get for such a low price but was presently surprised when I arrived.. great location because its close to everything .. my room had a beautiful view... and there was a clean pool. The room itself was just an average room nothing to write home about except the price I got it for.

“I would stay again.”

The hotel was pleasant the room was clean. The only thing that was wrong with the room is burn holes in the comforter. Over all I would stay there again.
