“Good Value”

We found the hotel very easily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and although close to interstate highway was well insulated from sound. Breakfast was good. We thought the hotel was very good value.

“Great for the price!”

We stayed at this hotel last year, but this year we went with the Expedia "Mystery" hotel @ 40% off and got this hotel again, but for a much better rate. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly and professional. They have a continental breakfast included with cold and hot items featuring waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage. I used the indoor pool and had the pool and jacuzzi to myself for two hours. Overall, we were very pleased, especially with the price.

“Lucky upgrade”

After the initial embarrassment of being booked into a room someone was already in, we got upgraded at the same price to a lovely extended stay suite. That room was clean, the beds comfortable, and it was great to have a fridge and microwave and flat screen tv. Lots of extra space for our dogs too. All in all, a pleasant stay. Even breakfast was plentiful, and edible. Actual eggs, instead of the standard round rubber yellow things you get in most hotels.

“Awesome affordable place!”

Stayed here on a Saturday night. A very well maintained motel with clean rooms and good service. Loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub (open till 10pm, awesome!!). Breakfast was more than just basic with cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs and sausages!! If you're in the area and looking for a great and affordable place to stay, this is it!!

“Great access to the interstate!”

We arrived later at night and they were very helpful with finding a great restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was good & well staffed. The location worked out great for us and was very easy off/on the interstate. We'd definitely stay again.

“A good, clean hotel with amenities. A good value.”

The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with courteous and responsive staff. The room was as expected, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel charges a $200 fee for smoking in a non-smoking room, which I applaud. The complimentary breakfast was good (cereal, waffles, eggs, and the usual assortment of muffins and danishes). Our only complaint was that the coffee was rather weak, and did not give us a desperately needed caffeine boost. Our rooms (106 & 108) were right by the bank of vending/ice machines so the noise was audible in the room, but we drowned it out with the AC. The pool seems new and very clean, but we did not make use of it due to our schedule. The free internet is a nice plus especially when so many hotels try to charge ridiculous fees for it. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and the location off I-87 is certainly convenient.

“Good quality at a reasonable price”

The rooms are clean and pleasant-looking. They have many amenities including the only nearly silent in-room refrigerator that I've ever come across and a full breakfast, not just the "continental breakfast" advertised. I didn't have much reason to interact with the staff but when I did, they were pleasant. The building was constructed with metal studs and decking which, unfortunately, transmits sound pretty well -- fortunately for me, my neighbors were pretty quiet. As with a whole row of motels in Coxsackie, the Best Western is located right next to the New York Thruway -- there is some sound from traffic but I didn't find it bothersome.

“Quite Satisfied”

Though a bit of a distance from the event attending I found the Best Western New Baltimore Inn quite satisfactory. Would stay there again.

“Great Breakfast”

Everything you expect at a Best Western - tidy, comfortable and great beds. Clean bathroom. But the real surprise was breakfast - great breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The woman running the breakfast room really worked hard to replace the food as it was selected as well as tidying up the tables quickly - very impressive.
