“Great hotel with very nice and accomodating staff! Love it!”
Coral Princess is a very nice hotel with a wonderful staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is excellent. Nice location, cheap ride to town or easy 20 minute walk.
“Excellent Staff”
The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. They more than makeup for the old appliances and wear and tear in the rooms. But none of this matters if you're there to snorkel.
“Can't wait to go back”
This was a great motel with great value. The location was very convenient and the staff was very accomodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
“Comfort in Cozumel”
A very nice hotel on the west coast of Cozumel about 1.5 miles north of the central plaza. Rooms are clean and comfortable with wonderful ocean views to the west. Food and beverages are reasonably priced and the staff are very helpful and accomodating. Prepare to be offered a lot of assitance, whether you might need it or not from vendors in and around the hotel. It's not bad though and there are some rather good deals to be had for car and scooter rentals, not to mention every imaginable water activity. Bottom line is we would go back again, and probably will.
“Great place for diving!! Friendly and just what we were looking for.”
Booked the room because it could accommodate our group of 7 in one suite. Pleasantly surprised to find out you could walk out the back door and dive a reef. The rooms were great, ameneties were great and the DICING AWESOME!!
“Nice Quiet Location”
Hotel was great. Rooms were pure white, very clean and a good size. Staff was helpful although getting bath towels the first couple days took some time and patience. I would definitelt reccomend.
“Wish we had stayed longer”
We stayed at the Coral Princess the last week of February. Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Andreas at the Expedia desk was great. It is a nice place to relax and forget about home. It was wonderful to wake up every morning to an ocean view. The food was good and the drinks weren't any more expensive then what we pay at home. We had a wonderful vacation but 5 days is not long enough. Would definitely return to Cozumel and stay at the Coral Princess.
“Love the Coral Princess”
Great place to stay if you don't care about frills, down to earth and friendly staff. The snorkling is amazing. Your host,PEDRO is very honest and helpful. He has been there for 12 years, so he will be there. Tht people of Cozumel are polite and honest as long as you are the same.
“A Room With a View”
This was a beautiful hotel..with a beautiful view. You could snorkel right off the beach behind the hotel....the restaurant had great food and the drinks were delicious, and the service was outstanding. We rented 3 adjoining rooms and the waitstaff knew us by name by the time we left. On top of everything else, it was a great bargain!
“Clean, well-staffed, great restaurant”
The economy has hit Mexico hard, but the Coral Princess has not cut staff, and the service remains excellent. The restaurant is VERY affordable and the food is good. The hotel is on a quiet part of the island, and the coral reef right there in back of the hotel offers excellent snorkeling. Avoid the salespeople at the airport who want to "rent" you a car or give you a ride to your hotel. You'll have to do a timeshare tour and it's not worth it. They have some really rough sales tactics there. Go directly to the car rental booth (best to reserve ahead), OR walk out to the front of the airport at the main road and hail a taxi. Cozumel is pretty safe. Staff at the Coral Princess go out of their way to make you feel at home. Room service is great. The housekeeping services are great. We go back to Coral Princess every year and have a great time. Booking through Expedia is the way to go. We always get our breakfast included in the deal, and it's a very big breakfast.
