“Keeps getting better and better..”

We stayed at this hotel last year and couldn't wait to go back this summer. We were very surprised to see some changes to the hotel, including a great addition to the menus at all the restaurants and room service. The staff is so friendly and they do a great job of taking care of you. The hotel offers several tours you can take throughout the week, so take advantage because they're a blast. We will be back to this hotel forsure, and if not, we'll still be staying at a Palace Resort hotel because they're great.

“Awesome Vacation!! great staff, great Hotel. Still Smiling”

We arrived on a Tuesday to a cold drink, a cold towel refreshing towel, and a very friendly welcome. It got better every minute from there. The room was better than expected and fully stocked with juice and drinks. We never wanted for more. The view was great; ocean, pool, and reef. Our dive boat picked us up at our dock every morning. We would come back from the dive and walk into the pool area to lunch and drinks. We never had to go ask for anything. We tipped regularly but no one expected or asked. They were thankful when we did, and pleasant when we didn't. We just were so happy with the service we wanted to. We did the membership club trip to Aventura spa and received some spa credits. So many that my wife was unable to use them all. We liked the trip, didn't mind the presentation, and had a great time. We would probably do it again. We will definitely come back here again. I'm already thinking about a spring vacation.

“Cant wait to go back”

The service at this hotel is exceptional. From the moment you walk in your greeted with champagne & a warm towel. Everyone is very accomadating. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious. The only down side to this hotel is its not on a beach. Restaurants offer a wide selection of food - if you're going to Cozumel stay at the Palace.

“Dan and Jeni's review of the Cozumel Palace!!!”

This resort will be on our list to visit in the future. The room was fantastic, with an equally fantastic view (the Caribbean). The resort was within walking distance of the downtown (San Miguel). It was also within walking distance to a few grocery stores and the Puntal Langosta Mall. The hotel staff was SUPERB. The food was good, but resort food gets tiring after a while, so I had to go out and find some traditional Mexican tacos (which I found!!!). The coffee maker in the room was AWESOME, it was like having your own espresso machine. The resort does NOT have a beach, but offers a free shuttle to a nearby beach (Playa Mia, but Chankanaab is better). There is snorkeling on site and there is a dive shop. Boats came daily to pick up guests for Scuba Diving. The drinks were very good, and not watered down. There was room service available at no charge (Concierge Level). The big cruise ships come in and out almost daily and the attractions swell (Dolphinaris, Chankanaab) but then the "cruisers" leave by 4 p.m.-ish, and it is quiet again. Cozumel is my most favourite of all of the Caribbean destinations, thus far!!!!! We will return as often as possible. PS-Don't forget to rent a Jeep and head on over to the Rasta Bar on the other side of the Island...the beach is FABULOUS, and the Tacos magnificent!!!!!!!!!!

“Five Stars In Every Way - Can't Wait to Return”

From the minute we entered the lobby we were treated like royalty. The resort is beautuifully decorated, the staff are the most pleasant, helpful, friendly people I have ever encountered in a hotel. They go out of their way to cater to your every wish. The chef's in the restaurants are amazing, whether you choose to visit the Italian, Mexican, Oriental or the Grill all of the food is wonderful. Our room was imaculate with a beautiful view of the ocean. Nightly entertainment and activities throughout the day keep you busy enough if you wish to be active. Palalce Resorts is a must for anyone going to Mexico.

“LOVED The Cozumel Palace!”

We just returned from 5 days in Cozumel and my fiance and I LOVED the Cozumel Palace. The staff is WONDERFUL and very accommodating! The hotel and rooms were spacious and modern. The food was incredible - especially the volcano cake dessert in the Mexican restraunt. The mixed drinks were weak but we could have easily asked to have them made stronger. We were disappointed that smoking was allowed throughout the resort. It would be nicer if smoking was in designated areas - outside only. We truly loved it and we are thinking about going back in 2009 to get married there! It's beautiful inside and out. They have the best staff we have ever encountered. They really tried to personalize our stay and even remembered our names! The tours are amazing and a great value because they are included. I would highly recommend the Cozumel Palace.

“Outstanding service”

We chose this hotel because it had the best reviews. It surpassed our expectations. There was snorkeling right off the hotel property. Their pools and rooms were beautiful. The location is good, within walking distance of downtown. Whenever we went out on excursions, such as to the pyramids, to other snorkeling areas, and swimming with the dolphins at Chankanaab Park, I couldn't wait to return to the comfort of the hotel. Wherever you are in the hotel, they offer you a drink and continually check to make sure you have one if you want one. They pretty much wait on you hand and foot. The food in their restaurants was good and the hotel property and views from it were very nice. I did not want to leave this hotel, it was such a treat! Their evening entertainment was pretty good too! We had not gone to an all-inclusive hotel before. It was the best--not having to worry about tips, food or the cost of all the extras. We didn't have to carry money around. It was all so convenient! The most comfortable, enjoyable hotel experience I've ever had!! The staff is wonderful and deals with guests who may have had a little too much to drink very well. They keep you happy!

“Relaxing Vacation”

Very nice hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown and to the ferry to Playa del Carmen. Great views of the water from our balcony. The pools were outstanding. Lots of daily activities. You could be as active or inactive in them as you liked! The food was very good, especially Mo mo no hana. We dined there 4 times during our stay! The staff was extremely accomodating, however, as the hotel got busier toward the end of our stay, the level of service in the restaurants/bars suffered a bit. We would definitely return to this hotel.
