Very clean, cute and bijoux hotel, excellent staff

Posted Dec 11, 2014
Pros: Location and ambience, fabulous.
Cons: Shower pressure in the room ( although all the island has this problem ) but other than that, fantastic stay, and happy with everything else...
Location: Norte ( north ) hotel zone convenient for all downtown restaurants ( short cab ride) airport and amenities, pretty central to everything
Visited many times, always happy, great ocean front location

Hotel was ok, but had to wait two hours AFTER check in to get checked in. And this was the evening before Ironman this past weekend, which I was competing in. Oh and I didnt mention that we arrived about 1.5 hrs early hoping to check in, so total wait time on check was 3.5 hrs...they did offer me a free "ironman" dinner but not to the 2 other people staying with me. The room was clean, once we finally got in, and the view was spectacular but we got enjoy it for about 15 minutes as the sun was going down. Beds were very uncomfortable and tv didn't work. But price wasn't bad...

LA VISTA INMEJORABLE Y EL LUGAR UN PARAISO

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: LA VISTA ES MAGINFICA Y UNICA, TIENE UNA POSICION ESTRATEGICA Y UN DISEÑO QUE SORPRENDE.
Cons: LA TEMPERATURA DE LA ALBERCA.
Location: OFRECEN UN GRAN CANTIDAD DE ACTIVIDADES AL AIRE LIBRE Y BAJO TECHO. EL CENTRO HISTORICO Y MUCHOS LUGARES TURISTICOS ESTAN CERCA DEL HOTEL.
NOS TRATARON DE MARAVILLA Y FUERON MUY ATENTOS TODAS LAS PERSONAS DEL HOTEL, AUNQUE TUVIERON QUE REUBICARNOS POR CUESTIONES EXTERNAS A UNA FALLA, EL HOTEL CERCANO QUE NOS ASIGNARON NO ERA NADA MALO Y ASI MISMO SIEMPRE PUDIMOS HACER USO DE TODAS LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL B. EN GENERAL ES UN MAGNIFICO HOTEL Y SU COCINA DELICIOSA. EL UNICO DETALLE FUE LA ALBERCA QUE ESTABA FRIA EL AGUA PERO NO POR ESO INSOPORTABLE. LAS PERSONAS SIEMPRE FUERON MUY AMABLES Y NOS AYUDARON EN TODO.

Hôtel très agréable et un site fantastique

Posted Nov 19, 2014
L'accès à la mer et les installations (piscines, chaises, quai, etc) sont vraiment très bien. Hôtel de bon goût, calme. La vue sur la mer est splendide.

Would stay there again

Posted Nov 5, 2014
Little away from main drag down town, but very esy drive, bike ride, or cheap taxi ride. Beautiful presenttion. The pool, private ocean cove, hot tub on the point, and places to lay out were paradise. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. Snorkeling, diving, boat excursions, etc available on site. Note well. The food is not what you might expect in a small Mexican town. I asked for chicken tacos. They said they had stuffed chicken breast. Their food is delicious, but more foofy. If thats what you want, they have good selections. If you want tacos, go to town.

Nothing short of wonderful!

Posted Oct 14, 2014
This was my second stay at Hotel B. I tried another hotel in between stays and realized nothing could compare to Hotel B's charm and value. I love the size of the property - not too big or too small. It has all the necessary accommodations; the various ocean-side areas are beautiful and allow for a different experience daily. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. When needing a hotel in Cozumel in the future, I will only book Hotel B! And I will recommend to all friends heading to Cozumel.

Hotel entre 3 y 4 estrellas, agradable. Sin playa pero con acceso al mar. Buen precio relativo a los demas hoteles. Muy limpio. Unicamente los colchones en estado regular y sin buena senal de wifi.

Dreamy views, perfect snorkeling, poor service!

Posted Oct 3, 2014
Enjoyed laying on the hammocks and watching the clear ocean water. The infinity pool and hot tub are beautiful. This is a perfect spot for snorkeling. There are fish the moment you step into the water. Reefs everywhere. Seriously just amazing!! You can rent snorkel gear (minus fins) for $80 pesos. There is happy hour 5-7 buy one get one for free. Drinks are pretty good. Now for the bad...The staff are very, very SLOW. Your stay comes with a simple breakfast, on my last day I came down to have a quick bite before heading to the airport. It took forever to get a menu, and the food. There were 4 small tables and 3-4 staff. And we were all complaining about the service and slow response. One table explained to the waiter why he wasn't getting a tip... I felt terrible. But he was so right! Bottom line...they are NOT COMPETENT. Don't expect much. Breakfast is acceptable, their homemade jams are delicious. I had asked for it to go since it was taking a long and rather than telling right off the bat they didn't have to-go plates they whispered amongst themselves and kept me waiting. Anyway, super unprofessional. I left them a small tip anyway and made my way to the airport. I had dinner once and it was yummy. Although pricey at $160 pesos for basic shrimp pesto pasta. Downtown is great for more inexpensive, traditional meals. However, plan for taxi fare which will cost you ~$60 pesos. Trip to the airport form here...$170! They also have day passes for about $25usd. Worth it!

Great location, fab hotel!

Posted Sep 30, 2014
Pros: Value for money, room decor and size, swimming pool.
Cons: Service at breakfast needs to be improved.
Location: It's not on the beach but you can dive straight into the water. Very close to the centre and ferry port.
The hotel is in a great location, it's not on a beach but on the sea so great if you want to snorkel. The pool area is fab, nice pool although a bit dirty - there were loads of things floating around in it! The rooms were really well done, beds were comfy and huge. Rooms overall were well decorated and spacious. Only thing that wasn't amazing was the service at breakfast. It's an a la carte option which I like as your food is made fresh. But staff aren't that well versed in the menu options and not super flexible if you want to switch things around. Other than that it's great value for money and I would definitely go back again.
