Cozumel BuffetOur endless buffet serves a continental breakfast 6:00 to 7:00 a.m., full breakfast 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., and dinner from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m. Dinners at Cozumel Buffet showcase Mexican, Italian, Asian, and international specialties. From 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., guests can snack on hot and cold foods. Hot snacks are available from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and cold snacks 2:00 to 6:00 a.m.
Palapa El Cedra
Providing an informal setting, Palapa El Cedral prepares a breakfast and lunch buffet with salads, hamburgers, meats, and pastas. If you are feeling that late afternoon hunger, Palapa El Cedral also offers a snack bar. Open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Serving breakfast 10:00 to 11:45 a.m., lunch buffet 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. and snack bar 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
El Sarape Mexican Restaurant From 6:30 to 10:00 p.m., guests can savor the most authentic Mexican recipes at El Sarape including quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. Formal dress required: Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear long pants.
El Cedral Steakhouse Restaurant
A fine a la carte restaurant, El Cedral Steakhouse specializes in fine cuts of grilled or barbequed meat. Open 6:30 to 10:00 p.m. Formal dress required; although longer shorts are permitted.
Star Rock Café Restaurant
With an American-inspired setting and menu, this restaurant serves meats, veggies, and a wide variety of entrées. Open 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
