“Our First All Inclusive was a great experience”

We were not sure what to expect as (though we travel often in US and International) this was our first stay at an All Inclusive. We were pleased with the stay and overwhelmed at how helpful and friendly everyone was. The resort was immaculate. The breakfast and lunch were excellent and the dinners were good. We felt that the best option for dinner were the 2 reservation only restaurants. The fact that tips are included was a big plus so that we didn't have to worry about that either. Just relaxing in the sun. Although we didn't bring children, this is a family friendly resort and would have felt comfortable either way.

“One of my favorites”

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. The food is very good, the service is great and the people are extremely nice. The variety of food is very good. the Mexicana night restaurant is excellent. The views are excellent, the pools are clean. It is certain we will return again to this hotel. It was unusually hot for this time of the year but it was nice to have the balcony to sit on and just read and relax.

“Better than I could have imagined!”

The resort was very clean and beautiful. There was not much to do at night, but that was great for my husband and I. We thought the food was great at the different restaurants. They had no problem keeping your drinks refilled. Great drinks. We will definately be staying there again in the future.

“Park Royal is everything a person needs”

We love Park Royal. This was our 4th stay here. We love to watch the ships. We had an excellent view of the ocean this time as we were on the top floor. We loved it! The activities personnel are wonderful. I have no complaints.

Hotel is kept in immaculate condition. Staff was great. Food was good, especially the reservation resturants. We were very pleased with this hotel.

“Fantastic Experience”

My husband and I (on our fourth trip to Cozumel) took our two sons (11 & 16) and had a wonderful time! The resort was immaculate and we could not have been more pleased. In fact, it is our new favorite on the island. The snorkeling just off the beach was "like swimming in a fish tank" (my 11-year-old's quote) with tons of beautiful tropical fish and coral. There was a tremendous variety of food each day at the main restaurant(and the menu changed for lunch and dinner daily) although the kids enjoyed the snack bars as much as the restaurant. Made-to-order omelets were the family favorite each morning.

“Can't wait to go back”

The hotel was awesome. The staff was great. The airlines lost our luggage so we were constantly having to call the airport, so each time one of the front desk members would get me to who I needed to talk to and translate. They had salsa lessons, cooking lessons, shows every night. Me and my wife went there to relax and had no problem,especially when we could watch the sunset from our beach area every evening. Cant wait to go back.

We had such a great time at this resort and we were treated so well We will most definitely return to this resort when we return to Mexico. Cozumel is beautiful. the resort was amazing. The cruise ships were cool to see and no where near as problematic as some reviews alleged. Beach access is great and simple. Food was great, we had no trouble getting reservations. The staff was AMAZING!!!!!!!! I honestly miss them all already. They were so attentive and friendly and really contributed to our experience. The "timeshare guys" were not actually time share guys and they were not pushy. We were treated so well, enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, and were fed and served drinks to our hearts content. thank you so much to the staff there. You are all great!!! We love Juan, Jimbo, Carlos, Gasper, Claudia, Omar, EVERYONE! OHIO misses you!
